Games are over priced for example Conan exiles brand new is 25.00 at Walmart and Game Xchange price was 33.00 used.Just look your games up before hand you might get a new game cheaper elsewhere also I purchased red dead redemption 2 at Best Buy for 60.00 and had it for a week they offered less than 20.00 but sale it for 50.00 used so I guess a 30.00 dollar profit is how they do.I do not expect to get the full about I paid for the game but for them to sell it for 50 used when Walmart sales it for 39.99 brand new. These are facts please look up these two games at Walmart and Best Buy and compare theyāre price with game xchange price.This place use to be the best used game store in Waco now seems like the worst.I have quite a bit off credit there on my account still and was going to use it on 3/16/19 around 8:20pm we looked around wife picked out some movies and waited in line she got passed up twice so she got upset went to the car by time we were leaving it was 8:55 pm so I went outside to see why she was upset and came back in the store at 9:00 pm the people that was in front of her in the first place was still in line so we grabbed the game I set down before hand and they said no more transaction after nine and it was just going to be purchase with our credit no cash envolved he acted like we wasnāt just in there and the line hadnāt even moved yet that was not good customer service at all. Very disappointed there is a bunch of kids running your store you should hire adults and have them run it like you use to.. GameStop is more recommend. 1 last complaint is how most games do not work when you get home and try to play then you would have to drive back up there to swap it out.After my credit is used up never again will I go back to this store and for the manager you should look up your surveillance for 3/16/19 between 8:30 pm and 9:00 pm so you can watch how they do things in this store. I will be calling you tomorrow. So in all the prices are to high even on used games and they give nothing for your games and accessories. And customer service...

I have bought PokĆ©mon cards at this location, coperas cove, and temple. My wife and I have never had an issue until the District Manager, Natalie, came to ārevampā the Waco store. While she was on site, we attempted to purchase bulk Rare cards and despite a sign saying one rare for .25 cents they attempted to charge us TCG price. Natalie got involved saying āyou know these are a stealā basically not wanting to because we knew the cards worth while flaunting how her PokĆ©mon knowledge from San Angelo was incredible and how it was the premiere place for PokĆ©mon in Texas.
During which I had an application for the store in for a part time position. Which again astounds me how despite a district and store manager there while I was in the store 3 slow days I couldnāt get them to look at my resume and application.
Now today I go back fresh mind and fresh outlook. My wife and I go to pick some cards out from the binder and once we go to pay we are asked to pay lightly played for a damaged card. Again the person who helped us was not a problem but we were informed that since they (gamexchange) pays as lightly played then I as the customer have to pay lightly played regardless of a lower condition. Card could have a hole in it and Iād have to pay lightly played. We were told this was a rule from their district manager (Natalie).
I understand business but can you really expect a customer to pay lightly played for a damaged card when in this case the difference was 3 dollars but can range to 200+?!

They were unpolite acted like they didnt want to work or be there. Extremely moody. When customers started to pick up on the hostiliy the manager told them she wasnt even supposed to be working and had just endured a long drive. If you bring in a computer make sure your documents and applications load because they trd to tell me sense steam was loading in 10 seconds that my computer was faulty. They also lowballed me and tryd to blame the system. Then they decided theyd take it but rip me off on the price when they heard me say i needed the money to my buddy. The prdoucy i broguht in was 1500 new and they gave me 225 because "the system can be overidden". The customer next to me exclaimed at least your not being helped my him and pointed to an employee. Then followed up by saying he must be on something hes been looking for my game that they have 3 copies of for an hr. I had to wait in the store for 2 hrs because they wouldnt give me my money until my computer completely reset. Even though they had proven it already worked. Along with all this this company interveiwed me told me i was hired then decided to change there mind a day later. This company is a pathetic excuse for an entertainment store. I recommend the waco regional/disctrict manager who travels from waxahachi to waco be removed from there position immidietaly before she makes it to were no one wants to come to this location.
