Fazoli's — Restaurant in Waco

Unfortunately, this was not a great experience for us. We normally love Fazoli’s but this location was not well organized. The staff were very confused and disorganized. They seemed short staffed and overwhelmed by the volume of drive through and online orders which caused them to neglect the dine in customers. After placing our order, we waited close to 20 minutes and realized many tables after us had already received their food. After going up to check on the status, it was obvious that they forgot about it. While waiting up at the counter, 3 other guests had to receive refunds for missing/incorrect items on their orders. Once they confirmed my order, I sat back down to wait again. After awhile I had to go up to check again. At first, they thought they were out of lasagna that I ordered but then suddenly found some. After getting 2 of the 4 meals, some of us could start to eat. However we were still missing the two orders of pizza slices. Back up again and they said it was cooking and they bring it out. Another trip up later they gave me one order and said the other last order was on its way. After that order had already been eaten, I went up to get a refund. They still had not even started to cook the last order for us. Each time I went up to check, I was meet with either indifference or pure confusion. The food we did get was good, but not worth the hassle of the experience. I think I’ll stick to the other...

I went there bc l had just received a coupon yesterday. The young girl who took my order was more than nice. The oldish man who delivered my order to the table was pleasent, polite; both did a good job during our interactions. I tried the advertised lunch offer (drink, 2 bread sticks, and salad included with lunch 1/2 half entry.) Since my order came over $5.00, l was able to order a free side of 'chicken wings'...an introductory offer...5 w/ dip...choice of style and dip. The salad included 3 cherry tomatoes, lots of lettuce, a sprinkling of shaved carrots, croutons and packet of dressing, your choice. It was adequate. Entre' was lasagne....lots of tomato sauce. Quantity was enough even as a half-order. Again, adequate. I did not like the wings, actually not certain which kind of bird they came from but supposed to be chicken, appeared to be a ground substance shaped like a mound...complete with dipping sauce. I have eaten there in the past, had a pasta alfredo then...more than once. Good enough to eat it more than once. I threw the un-used coupons away. The restaurant was clean to the cursory eye. The staff were doing a good job, were personable. There was a steady line of vehicles in the drive-thru and 75% of the tables were occupied with guests...most tables had at least 2 people sitting there. If hungry, is an option. Personally, liked the food presented before...

I just had one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Fazoli's. The food was good, as usual, but the service was absolutely below par. I went through the drive-thru and ordered three entrees and was trying to order some more food but the person working the window, Jonathan, kept talking over me as I was trying to order more stuff. Several times I said "wait I want to order something else" and he responded by telling me what was on my order and the total each time.p

After three or four times of this I just gave up and went to the window. I told him that I was trying to order more stuff when I was at the menu with the speaker and he did not even offer to take my additional order at the window.

One of the items I ordered was a large chicken fettuccine alfredo, but when I got the order it was in a small container. Jonathan told me that it is the same amount that is supposed to be in a large order but they put it in a small container. I compared it to one of the regular orders I had and the portion sizes seemed very similar. If there was any extra amount, it wasn't much.

At the end, he did apologize for not listening earlier but still did not offer to take my additional order and only gave me two extra breadsticks...
