I would have given 5 stars for Jelisa’s top notch customer service but Kisha had such poor customer service I would have given zero stars if I were only rating Kisha. Kisha was rude and didn’t want to give me a cup holder. She told the other worker I should have requested it at the speaker and handed me two of the sundaes I ordered. Since I was buying 5 ice creams and I was the only person in the car, I told her I needed it in the cup holder and I didn’t reach for the ice creams. She got mad and practically threw the sundaes and plastic spoons on the counter next to her. Another worker came with the cup holder and then Jalisa quickly got the 2 sundaes and two dip ice creams (she put the dip ice creams in cups for me) and put them in the cup holder. She got me new clean spoons and napkins. She was very polite and responsible. She demonstrated excellent customer service during a heated moment and diffused the situation and still made it a good experience. I got all the ice creams I wanted in a safe container and Dairy Queen got a good sale. If it weren’t for Jalisa, I would not have bought the ice creams and I would not have returned to this dairy Queen. If I were the owner of this Dairy Queen I would definitely want to know what is going on and make changes needed to provide the best...
Read moreFirst I had to wait over 5 minutes to place my order because the tables needed cleaning. Then Lakesha is telling me at 8:30 pm that my order HAS to be to go. Then she is telling the young white girl to lock the door so people cannot enter and "mess up the place." There are people still dining inside. Lakesha has a disgusting attitude towards customers and her coworkers. And she seemed even more pissed off about not being able to chill with her visitors waiting in their car outside. Two things I always notice regardless where I choose to dine or pickup food. Another black female worker was sweeping and kicking up dust all around the customers dining inside. And I did NOT see anyone wash their hands or do any kind of hand hygiene before handling food. There's a sink in plain view and I had one eye on it. Lakesha would come in from visiting with her people outside or just handled some money. She not once washed her hands before handling food. I felt sorry for the young white girl because she was busy trying to please people that Lakesha had already angered with her...
Read moreThe service was poor. We used the drive-through and began waiting for our meal. My blizzard was served immediately, and without a top. When I informed the server that it was a to-go order, he stared at me as if I were crazy, not realizing apparently that the item needed to be covered. Finally, the woman who had taken the order intervened and placed a top on the blizzard, and did so in a frustrated manner. We then waited for at least 20 minutes for our two burgers. The woman thereafter reappeared at the window, stated that there had been a large order before us, and that she would re-make my blizzard since it had been subject to the heat for a prolonged amount of time. In five more minutes or so, our burgers arrived, along with the same blizzard that was soft. The order was delivered also without a receipt. From start to finish, this was a substandard fast-food dining experience. My wife and I occasionally enjoy a Dairy Queen hamburger, but will not be trading any more with this...
