I went to the drive thru a little after 1 pm. One car had pulled in right ahead of me. They took several minutes to give their order. I gave my order in about 15 seconds, and pulled behind them to the window. There was no one else ahead of us. Another car pulled behind me I waited. And waited. And waited. Thinking surely this cannot take this long. It did. The parking lot was not packed, there were lots of empty spaces, and several sets of dine-in customers left, while drive thru customers sat waiting. The people in the car behind me left. They were able to drive out through the parking lot, but I was stuck by the drive thru curb. Another car pulled behind me. Finally after twenty minutes, the car ahead of me got their food and left. If it was going to take that long, why didn't Fazoli's have them pull to the front of the restaurant, out of the way of the people who could actually GET their food? No. They would rather that all the people behind this guy, get their food COLD and their drinks MELTED. When I get to the window, no apology. I told her the car behind me got tired of waiting and left (so that she wouldn't give the car currently behind me their food). She just smiled and said, "Oh, okay." Sure enough, my Coke had been sitting out (no doubt since the time I had ordered it - not too smart)and was melted and didn't taste like Coke. My pizza was cold and had no flavor. You'd think they would have just given it to me for free, after sitting there for twenty minutes and then giving me melted Coke and cold pizza. But nope. No shame. She acted like it was a normal thing to wait twenty minutes and then get cold food and melted drinks. It will be a long time before I go back. Not EVERYONE can or wants to wait twenty minutes for cold food caused by complete lack of...

Every time my family and I travel from North Texas to San Antonio we stop at this location. Although never a beautiful experience this trip in was a bit off from the mediocre service we are used to getting. The young person at the counter was LOST for lack of a better expression, and I mean lost to the world. I get it, times are hard, we put the best people we can into positions. The answer is your putting the people willing to work for what you're paying into those positions. He shorted our food, got some food wrong on the tray, and charged us twice for all the drinks. The kitchen was "kitchen staff" I'm assuming that's where the manager was if not asleep in the office or smoking out back. We do understand that Fazolis is not a fine dining experience, just want to put that out there. We have been eating there for almost twenty years because it was always our oldest child's favorite restaurant. It was the first "fast food" she ate and she always loved it. So at this point it's traditional for us to stop and at least some breadsticks with meat sauce. The tables were sticky and in disarray, the trash was overflowing, drink station was a mess. The list does continue but overall, meh. Do we expect jacket and tie quality no. However, we don't want to feel like we are eating in a grungy 7/11 where the food has been sitting under a hot light for 22hours. I know that at the end of the day you must way my ideals of restaurant eating against the time and budget available to your operation, but, the frustrating part is that the drive through and parking lot were packed. People begging to be served and just...
Read moreWhile ordering the young lady was the rudest. After every selection she rudely asked is that all. Felt rushed to order. Then when at the window my son wanted a piece of cheese cake so we asked for one. She rolled her eyes before snatching my card. I ordered roasted chicken with my fettuccini. We get home and there is no chicken. We also were given no receipt. I’ve called for over an hour. I’ve been placed on hold for 30 minutes. A young lady tried to give the phone to the manager named Ralph. He asked her if we asked for Ralph or the manager. After saying we asked for a manager he told her he wasn’t taking the call. I’ve now called 34 times to no avail. This leads me to believe the young lady is not the source of rudeness or the problem. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE FAZOLIS IN BAYLOR. They obviously have no regard for customers and do not abide by the integrity or values they say they do during the hold messages. I’ve left countless voicemails and have yet to be contacted back. I will be calling corporate to discuss the matter further. I understand its a small issue , but with the whole fast food industry crumbling before us I am going to give FAZOLIS a chance to make it right. I will be posting and sharing my experience with Facebook Instagram as well as twitter and Snapchat. I do hope you guys do not visit this location. The one on Waco Dr is by far the superior one in Waco.
I’ve reached out to the email as requested and still have not gotten a response. I still do not recommend. They have not rectified the situation. As of now myself, my family, and friends will...
