I have to say customer service is key so I brought my niece/nephews to eat here have never had an issue ordering they love the wings here. Ok now here comes the issue our cashier Chloe one we walked up and continued a side conversation for about a minute not greeting us until I started my order 1 of 4 and proceeded with a slight attitude I gave my order of snack with teriyaki boneless then my niece ordered her snack Louisiana boneless with seasoned fries then my nephew order his snack with teriyaki boneless with seasoned fries and my last nephew ordered his snack boneless buffalo with seasoned fries and I added 5 drinks which came to $64.18 with tip so I left and when our order was ready we were missing an order of snack teriyaki so I went back and said I was missing an order and the gentleman told the girl I told you were missing an order…keep in mind all 4 of us stepped up and ordered individually so then Chloe says well I read the order back and I ask for a receipt and again says well I read the order back all why having an attitude…so very unhappy experience to say the least my thoughts are how do you push the blame on the customer when we clearly individually ordered…..so least to say I took my business to Whizbangs instead of having to reorder my missing snack order where they didn’t...
