Lots of options but settled on this place. I was not disappointed. They were really busy but the young lady taking orders was a gem. We ordered the giant slices, meatballs and the ginger brew. Everything was delicious. The hot honey was my favorite. If you like a little spice pared with a bit of sweetness this is for you. The flying pig was my cousins choice. I liked it but pulled the pineapple off. The meatballs are ample and very tasty. The ginger brew has a hint of spice and is amazing. We ate there and it was a nice little atmosphere. My rating of 4 is due to the food pickup process. They take your number but it's not to page or call. It's placed on the tray. I had a lady pick up some of my order because she ordered the same slice of pizza. I pointed at my phone number and she was trying to tell me she ordered hot honey. I wish they would just use an order number. Also I ordered the 4 meatballs but was initially given 3. They corrected it and handed me 4 hot meatballs. I get it. They were busy. It's logistics and can be easily tweaked. But definitely the difference in a 3-4 or 5 rating. However it would not deter me from returning for more hot honey if I...
Read moreWe ordered a margarita and a hot honey pizza slice and two bottled water. For the grand total of 18 dollars, the food was trash.

Oh and they forgot the basil on the margarita pizza. And before anyone wonders why I didn't say anything, it's because one of the "cooks" handling food would reach into his ears to remove his earbuds between reheating pizzas and walking around touching random surfaces without hand washing or gloves.
The dining room was clean at least, and maybe this passes as 5star pizza in Waco but truly this...
Read moreThis was our first time here! Emma was so nice and friendly. She told us about the rewards program and while we were signing up the manager came and said we were talking too long. He helped the people behind us. He sent our lady away. Then instead of waiting on us he started fussing at the lady about some candy she had out for the kids. He also stated our promo couldn’t be used until next time. He walked off and our lady took over. I asked if he was manager because he was rude! She stated yes! The food was good but the manager needs to learn how to be a manager! Customer service should be a priority and fussing at employees should be behind...
