My fiancee and I have consistently had bad experiences with this location and will no longer be ordering from here. Multiple times they have gotten our order wrong or almost burnt it. There is a driver that is an older man with glasses that has forgotten our blue cheese 2 times, and he never has a pen. Today when he forgot it, he said IF I come back your way I will bring you your blue cheese. IF? Are you kidding me? We paid 1.50. Are you serious?
A little while later the driver came back and said they were out of blue cheese, and that they were sorry and just left. No talking about a refund or anything. So I called and I have to be IN STORE for a refund, OR the next time I place an online order, I have to place it and then call the store anyway to re-explain my issue from today. Instead of just bringing a refund when they told us about the blue cheese shortage (what kind of pizza place runs out of blue cheese....inventory/ordering error anyone!?) Makes no sense.
Next time I ordered, I called and the young girl who answered added my blue cheese on after I explained what happened. Then I get a phone call from a man with a deep voice, Im assuming the manager Alan, who told me "for some reason" my card would only pre approve the exact amount if my bill (I checked, I had ordered on the app) and that I would need to give the driver 1.08. I asked why and he stated "that is something you'll have to ask your credit card company".
After checking my bank account and the total, I called back and asked for the manager, and a younger man with a higher voice said, I am the assistant manager...and I explained AGAIN. So he said he would call the driver and let him know, and that he had cleared the charge.
Driver shows up, tries to charge me, he calls the store, asks for the assistant manager or manager, who just happens to be a girl, hmmmm funny...(both people I had spoken to were male so is someone lying?) and HE explains AGAIN the issue and it is finally taken care of. The "assistant manager" never called the driver.
And the driver had to call me to find where an apartment complex is to get directions....isn't that what google maps is for? Not to my specific apartment number....to the whole complex! Will never be ordering from here again. Worst experience ever from a...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible! Ordered and it stated a 25 minute delivery time. I looked out my blinds when it said on the way as we live only a few minutes away from the shop (contactless drop off) and I watched them leave it at a neighbors house. I do not talk to my neighbors and am a private person plus I am pregnant and not feeling well. I called 3 times after and each time they assured me it was on the way until I finally spoke to the manager who insinuated that it was left at the correct place and that a car pulled up after (yea, the neighbors car) even though I told her I watched the whole thing happen. She unapologetically said they could remake it and that it would be a wait before she has a driver available with an attitude that said nothing more could be done and again no apologies. At this point I have ordered my pizza an hour and a half ago and still no pizza. 45 minutes after talking to manager and still no pizza. Also left a tip that I now feel is undeserved! I understand mistakes happen, I leave reviews all the time but very rarely does it come to this. Managers must have better service than this. Out my money. Not a happy customer! Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would and here's why: I ordered a big box dinner from them with 3 medium pizzas. I ordered 3 extra dipping sauces also, which I didn't receive. I called the store within just a minute or 2 after the driver walked away from my door and they said he would be right back with them. Exactly 40 min. later I called them back to find out where they were and to let them know that when I finally started eating my pizza the crust flavor wasn't added (I understand that it's complimentary). The girl told me that my 3 sauses had to be added back to the delivery que and that the crust flavor is complimentary, I told her that I understood that but if someone orders something a certain way they should get it that way. She then proceeded to tell me (with a bad attitude) that they didn't have to put it on and when they're busy they just don't bother.
