I waited for my order a long time (at least 15 min), though that seems to be common at this location so I wasn't bothered too much as I come here often . Then they brought out the wrong Sonic Blast. I paged in, they assured me they would let the team know. Nothing for 10 more minutes... I paged back in asking about my Blast. The gentleman seemed apologetic verbally but then hopper to bring it out 5 minutes later said absolutely nothing to me & when I commented it had been 30 minutes since I placed my initial order he rolled his eyes & walked away, still saying nothing. Once he walked away, I look down at the new blast & it has a chunk of the lid missing... so I will likely be coming across plastic if I choose to eat this Sonic Blast that I waited 30 minutes for. Phone calls to the location led me no where.
Update: I did not come across any plastic in my Blast, so it likely was a faulty lid sent by manufacturer & not caught by workers. I got a phone call from the franchise owner today, Lance. He was very helpful & apologetic. He is getting me a gift card for more than the total of my order & offered his personal cell # to me if I run into any issues in the future, acknowledging particular struggles of his staff right now. Read moreFor the record, we frequent this Sonic about once a month, the food, service and atmosphere are usually good, which is why I gave it 3 stars. We arrived at 4:15, they were busy ordered 3 items, paid for it at the red button. The screen gave the prompt that the food was being delivered. Ten minutes later, we still had no food. So, i hit the red button to make sure our order wasn't accidently given to someone else. They informed me they only had 2 hops to deliver. The food came, we were pulling out and noticed they had not put the ranch in our bag, so, i hit the red button. The attendant answered and I asked if we could have ranch for our order. He didn't respond. We waited another 10 minutes and hit the red button again and another attendant answered and I asked if we could have ranch. She responded that they were out of ranch. I checked my receipt to confirm we had ordered it. It was now 5:00, and the drink and other food item had been consumed. So, I hit the red button one more time and asked if we could just get our money back on that item, because it wasn't going to get eaten since they were out of ranch. Read moreI've been to 23 Sonics before, most times according to how busy the service works out to be 80% good. However, this day was a Friday after noon 4:00 p.m. I called and order once I realize it was the wrong store location for my pickup I called the store to correct it person on the phone said they couldn't however to give them a call when I'm on the way and they'll fix my meal. Gave them a call when I was on on the way no answer I figured it was on account of being busy, when I arrived they were really busy I talked to that attendant outside told him my order he told me to pull over wait ,after 20 minutes of waiting I went inside to talk to ask about my order and was told by a very rude gentleman to go outside I wasn't allowed on the inside even though I showed him that the app said I was to go inside. After another 10 minutes and Lady very well mannered and very concerned worked hard to get my order for me finally after 45 minutes I got my order however instead of grillfried the beef patty for the hamburger they had deep fried To a crisp and had to throw it out, I was very disappointed this time however the milkshakes...
