When we visited, the experience was unfortunately very chaotic. The line of cars was backed up into the main lot entrance, and there seemed to be no organization in place. Staff were only speaking to the first car in line, as if the information would somehow trickle down to everyone else. To make matters worse, trash cans were blocking the drive-thru lane. We had to call their posted number just to find out they had a fresh batch coming out soon.
We decided to wait about 10 minutes, but when it was finally our turn, we were told they had already sold out after only a few cars. (Not sure if they’re making extremely small batches?) They asked us to park and wait another 30 minutes, which we declined. We ended up coming back later that night to pick up instead.
The ordering process was just as frustrating. The young woman who took our order wasn’t very knowledgeable about the products and made us feel awkward for asking questions. The menu itself is overly complicated and hard to navigate.
As for the food, it didn’t live up to the hype. We tried a variety of flavors, but the only one I could somewhat enjoy was the original cinnamon roll—and even that tasted mostly like dough and sugar with very little cinnamon. The rolls were also tougher than expected, not soft and gooey like we’d hoped.
I love supporting local businesses and was really excited to give this place a try, but unfortunately, they have a lot of kinks to work out before I’d...
Read moreSunday morning wanted to try something different for breakfast. Looked up the menu online so I wouldn't take up time at the drive thru. I ordered the Bacon, egg & cheese roll. I really wanted to try the lavender green tea, but they didn't have lavender. Asked for Chai Latte instead.. they didn't have that. Was beginning to wonder if I'd made a mistake in trying the newly opened place. Opted for the blueberry lemonade. Even ordered a large hoping it would be delicious 😋. It was! Not sure about this size. If it's a large, I definitely won't order anything smaller next time. The breakfast sandwich was Sooo Delicious!! The roll was soft. The eggs with cheese were soft scrambled. The bacon perfectly cooked to my liking. Will definitely go back. My son came home and finished 1/4 of my sandwich I could not eat, it was so big. He ended up going to get a Sausage Egg & cheese and said the sausage was just as he liked it. He did text me while waiting saying they told him it would be five minutes and it was taking longer, though he wasn't in a hurry. So just know. It's freshly made and you may have a little wait time. 4 stars on atmosphere only because we didn't go in. I do believe they have inside dining. I saw another review say it's only drive thru. But there were a couple of tables outside and the front door looked to...
