Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Waco

Got a pepperoni hot and ready. Guilty pleasure and really well done. Fresh and hot and ready. The guy at the cash register was really cool and funny. I had to eat two pieces of it before I left and decided for one more on my way home. I don't recommend eating while driving... But it was so good.

*I went in recently and threw was a young manager named Ruby with a crew of mostly new hires at a peak busy hour and this young woman was a very impressive sight to behold. Navigating all the new people taking orders, making pizza, training ojt's, navigating a dozen different employees and customers some of which required 2 languages because there were some Spanish only speakers and this poor girl made miracles happen in front of me whole I just waited for my walk in order to be made. She's a small person but a magnificent customer service rep and I'll probably never see her again unless I'm picking up a cheat day dinner, but if not be surprised to see that girl own a chain of businesses one day. Ruby is you read this keep going girl you got IT! You got it girl and it's special cuz a lot of people don't. And now you know why I asked you your name. You thought done 40 year old was hitting on you probably 😂 but I wanted you to be recognized for what you're doing. 5 stars that...

It was very good when I did eat there. The food is great, but the manager is quite rude. I ordered almost 10 dollars worth of dipping sauce with my pizza and never received it. When I called to complain, he blamed my doordash driver and refused to send out the rest of my order even though I paid for it.

We argued about it for a bit, then he asked in a scoff, "Well, do you want me to send someone out, or do you just want to argue about it?!" I laughed and said, "Of course I want you to send someone out! It's not like you forgot my ketchup. We are talking about 10 dollars worth of dipping sauce that I paid for!"

Then he hung up on me, and i never received my sauce. I'd like to add that i wasn't just being a jerk. They always nix the sauce on deliveries.

I was so mad bc I bought a ton of extra sauce bc I thought, "If half the receipt is dipping sauces, there's no way they can forget." Turns out they aren't forgetting. They are just trying to save money by screwing...

The RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE you will ever receive. I went to place a large order of pizzas today. The young lady with beautiful red braids that was SUPPOSED TO TAKE MY ORDER got a PERSONAL PHONE CALL & told me to "wait one second",went to the back to answer her phone & left me just standing at the register. I decided to leave & take my order to Pizza Hut instead. Just because you have a phone call which I assume employees learn in training are told NOT to take while on the clock doesn't mean your entitled to ignore customers like that! I worked in food service for years & the customer ALWAYS comes first. I expect Little Caesars to do something about this instead of "letting it go bc of some customers issues" bc management doesn't want to deal with it. Do your job! If you can't do that then you need to stay at home! If it keeps going like this you won't have a business in that location anymore....
