Called to order over the phone and was told to do it online in their website. Odd to be redirected when I was already talking to someone on the phone. I was driving so I told my passenger to order and the website said 20 minutes for curbside. We got there after it was supposed to be ready and we were parked in the front and she just looked at us. I think she recognized us because she took out two boxes. We got off and it didn’t even look like they got it started. She said 3-4 minutes and we went to park and walked over and were waiting in front of their food cart. We checked up on the order and were told 1 minute and it wasn’t. Took wife to visit the magnolia silos and wife said she has never had chicken and waffles so I had to make sure to fix that! Tried waffle chic and some of the best Chicken&Waffles I've ever had! Got the Spicy Mama and it was the perfect level of spicy and sweet!. Not only was it 10/10 food, the food didn't take long and we had the absolute most hospitable and sweet lady serving us. Shamica is what truly what this place stand out amongst the other food trucks! Every time we go back now I will absolutely be getting food from here again! This food truck has many positives and the food is definitely one of them. We so appreciate the gluten free nature and how the items are made FRESH and in real time. You can taste that difference. The food is a 10/10 for sure. Our only hiccup was the wait time and availability of items. Magnolia Market on a Saturday is notoriously busy and by 12.15pm there were no kids meals, water, or specialty drinks. Our wait time was over 45 minutes, much longer than the 15 we had been told.
