Burger King — Restaurant in Wadsworth

Oh my. Please don’t go to this location. I am unsure why it’s still open especially after my experience today. I asked for a ranch at the window—the woman dropped the quarter for it. She told me I had to give her another quarter. After a huge rigamarole, and the Wadsworth cops being called, Their manager Zenetta was moving her tongue up and down at me and grabbing her private parts…. I’m disgusted by her and so hurt by my customer service experience. I’m in shock and will never go back here unless BK makes it right. Yikes. Go to Arby’s, Taco Bell, or McDonalds near by. This Burger King is a joke. Oh, and to the officer who called me-thanks for nothing. You need some training and to learn to protect and serve. If you didn’t know how to handle this situation, you should have called for some guidance. Im left here verbally assaulted and feeling bullied. Over a ranch packet! Craziness. STAY AWAY So unbelievably rude!! Went before closing and tried to order impossible whoppers and they actually gave me attitude like it wasn't okay to be ordering those? Then when I tried to order a shake they snapped and said they didn't have them because they are closing in 10 minutes well that would have been fine till they nastily called me hun and said with a huff theres going to be a wait for the burgers too??? I pulled in with more than 15 minutes to close, this shouldn't have been an issue at all. If their shake machines were down for the night thats fine but don't talk to me that way or act like if I order anything its an issue!! I said nevermind I'll order elsewhere and pulled away to them screaming at us through the speaker NEVER AGAIN. IF THERE WAS LESS THAN 1...

The crew members have a severe anger issue. They don't want to want work. Hey there are many people that would love their job. It took 23 minutes after ordering and paying to get our food. When told they needed to get their outside lights on because it was a code violation they snapped at my husband and I with our 3yr old and 9yr old in back seat. It's not like it was dusk it was dark. If we didn't know where it was we wouldn't have seen it or thought it was closed. Our food was thrown in the bag instead of placed in the bag. Shame to them. The same people that believe they are entitled to more money. Work for it. I don't care if you are only making $2.00 an hour. Show some pride. This is why you will be stuck there and go...
