Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Wadsworth

During our Covid-19 experience with this location was horrible. The customers that had ordered online, were blocking the small aisle for the walk-in patrons. The online people were grouped tightly like sardines in a can. Then, I had ordered a wheat tortilla and the girl serving me was clueless and just stared at me like a deer in headlights. The guy who worked beside her said we don't have them, so I just got a flour tortilla. Then, as I went through 2 more people who waited on me for the toppings, they just looked at me waiting for me to give them my directions. They need work on how to have a conversation with someone. Then, the checkout kid was dumbfounded when I requested chips and salsa. He kept looking around to see where they were and kept studdering...not because he had a speech problem, but due to the lunch rush. No one was following the 6ft guidelines at all. To top it off, when I bit into the chips, they were overly salted like they were meant to have sea lions eat them. Oh, did I mention they were stale too? I have gone to many other Chipotle Restaurants from Washington to Pennsylvania , that never had this type of experience. You need to offer more training to the staff and...

The food at this location is almost always well above the bar for taste and quality. Like all Chipotles the food quality is well above the standard set by any fast food chain since they source only quality ingredients that are non-GMO and organic.

This location is often excessively busy with lines that sometimes go well out the door. The staff is always friendly and even if their busiest times they try to keep the restaurant as clean as possible which can be quite a task when you have standing room only in the dining area.

The only suggestion that I could give to Chipotle corporate is that this location is far too small for the volume of business that it does. It seems to be poorly laid out and the staff work very hard to put out quality products in a location that was a former video store and not at all designed to be a restaurant that does the volume that this location handles.

The wait time is never very long and the staff are always helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend going to this store because they always will go above and beyond to serve their customers...

If I could give it 0 stars I would! When I ordered I got a burrito and she put the rice into a bowl. When I said something, she dumped the rice back in the container and put the bowl back on the pile to reuse for the next order. We walked over to the pop machine and there was pop spilled everywhere even on the counter. The forks were jammed the containers going all different directions which is a health code violation. The drink and utensil counter were filthy also. The napkins were placed on top of the dispenser instead of inside. Every table in the dining area was filthy and looked like they haven't been cleaned in a while. They weren't busy at all when we got there and there was plenty of employees just standing around doing nothing. It is just plain laziness, and they need to be shut down by the health department. The Floors were just as bad as the tables. When I went into the restroom it was cleaner than the dining room. We ended up throwing our food away and walking out it was so gross.
