It's hit or miss if the food will be good quality. Sometimes it's good and made right, too many other times they skimp on toppings, mess the order up or there are missing items. Depending on the manager working, they will be friendly about fixing it. There is one manager there however who isn't the most customer friendly. So double check your order before leaving. (I usually pick up).... Which leads me to the drive-thru/parking lot situation. The drive-thru is EXTREMELY narrow. I usually avoid it unless it's cold or raining. There's one way exit on one side and one way entrance on the other. So getting in and out can be a hassle.
*As a bonus to my review, I want to add something that isn't the specific store's fault, it's Pizza Hut that made this new pricing. They now charge EXTRA for pan crust. You know, the crust they are KNOWN FOR. I think that's pretty lame and honestly for that reason alone I've gotten pizza elsewhere. They need to get rid of that extra charge for pan crust. I placed the order online and immediately called, and I mean immediately because I placed it for the wrong time. I called in and was told that I could not change the order because “the wings were already being cooked” now unless there was some automatic machine that the moment that I placed the order it dropped the exact amount of wings into the fryer, then there is no way it could have been started that quickly. I then go to pick up the wings, 30 minutes later and the wings are very cold, and the woman at the drive thru tossed the wings in 3 different containers at us without offered a bag or acting like a cordial human being.
As a result the wings busted open, the sauce spilled on my $22.00 t-shirt and it is now ruined.

First of all, it arrived almost 30 mins after the original estimated time of the order being received. When it finally did arrive they pizza was made incorrectly and the pasta container had no cover, so the pasta was cold and hard. Unfortunately, I will probably never ever order from this location again.
