Starbucks — Restaurant in Wadsworth

Of the three local Starbucks I frequent, this is the lowest rates (for me). And only because they don't have the nitro cold brew yet. So, not the employees fault. They're all pretty grand people. I feel as if I know them all intimately! Except Frank. Frank is weird. I've asked why they haven't gotten rid of him yet and was told that the manager was afraid to fire him. I asked why Frank wore onesies to work and was told no one felt comfortable telling him he couldn't. So I decided to try to get to know Frank. Over the course of the next few weeks, I made sure to stop by when he was working, tried to make chit-chat, get some personal information. He was elusive and indirect, seeming very uncomfortable with any interest in him or his life. I decided to ask a friend (of the opposing sex) to speak to Frank, seeing if any interest or information could be garnered. Again, no luck. He was like an enigma, wrapped up in a mystery surrounded by the best coffee man has ever made! It was maddening! I pride myself on being a fine judge of everything. (Why else would I be reviewing these places online? Because I know that I know more than all of you and that my judgement is superior to all other judgement. But I digress.) As such, you can imagine how perturbed I would be on not getting a read on this guy. He could be a CIA agent, a serial killer, an alien in disguise! I had to know! I discretly followed him home after his shift one day. I was sure I hadn't been spotted. As I parked a few houses down from his, I observed nothing untoward. For the first few months. Then, his behavior began to change. He seemed paranoid. Always looking over his shoulder. Taking different routes home. Then, one night, it happened! The cops showed up! I knew this would happen! He must be a serial killer! But I'll never know, since the restraining order prevents me from being able to get close enough to learn...

Updating my review to 1 star. They NEVER follow their hours of operation at all anymore. I get it that staffing is a problem but a great solution would be to CHANGE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION and stop pissing off your customers! If you say you're open till 9 then be open till 9... Don't close at 7 like you did today! It's absolutely ridiculous that I have to guess if I can get coffee or not. The only reliable Starbucks in town are at Target and Giant Eagle, they at least follow their store hours just sucks they close before 8.

We ordered 3 drinks and each one was wrong. We were the only ones being served at that time, we were in the cafe but there wasn't anyone in the drive window either. I emphasized the strawless lid and light ice however mine still came with the standard lid and straw (this happens more often than not at this location) and a whole bunch of ice, the second drink was ordered as an iced drink but it was made hot (they fixed a new drink after we pointed out the mistake), the third we suspect was made from milk even though it was ordered as soy this drink made my babysitter so sick he threw it out!!! This was his typical order btw so not new to him? Also the sandwich my friend ordered tasted horrible and he didn't finish it, it was the turkey and stuffing holiday one. I've never been to a Starbucks that makes as many mistakes as this one! Its like a mistake...
