Arby's — Restaurant in Wake Forest

12/03/19 was my first visit to this location, it was around nine o'clock or so. When we first walked in we were greeted by a young lady name Marketta.   She was super nice and very polite. When we placed our order we had to wait a few minutes for fresh food, which is no biggie 🙂. We had a pretty big order, we had the two Arbynator's, 6 Beef n Cheddar's & 3 small fries. The Arbynator's were good, but they were a little dry. The Beef n Cheddar's were very tasty also no complaints there! And the fries were super fresh also. Just like I like them hot out of the grease. Lol! There was a young man that was worth the drive thru and from time we got in there he was scratching his ear, wiping his eyes and face, and getting people's food. I informed the manager and she spoke to him about it. But when she was speaking to him he made a face like as if he was not doing anything wrong, really! Then he left to go out to the restroom, I am assuming to wash his hands, I hope! Other than that, it was a good experience. Will I return there again, yes, because of Marketta she was on it, she had great customer service, which you do not see a lot...

Went to the Wake Forrest Arby's, and they totally messed up our oder (kids were missing sides they ordered we all got fries seems regardless), I went with my husband and 4 children. My husband took my turkey and cheese sandwich back (operative words took the sandwich back, they didn't take it therefore not free food on our account) and told them it was supposed to be on seasme seed bun not the onion bun and a woman in the back argued its not what the screen says, now I'm allergic to onions and we did tell the guy seasme seed and he said he would make it again he had a nervous but great attitude, and the woman in the back said I'm tired of these people asking for free food and to get a job. Well, we make over 6 figures, and both have great tech jobs. My kids are 7, 9, 12, and 14. I did not need to hear that snotty remark, and it bothered them. It's infuriating that places now feel entitled to say whatever they want without knowing the people or backgrounds. Whatever happened to...

The last few times I have visited this establishment, my order has been wrong on one thing or another. Today, my wife and I went thru the drive thru and multiple items were incorrect with my order including that I ordered 4 salted caramel cookies and was asked if I wanted 8. Why would I order 4 I meant 8? Next I wanted no lettuce or tomato on my sandwich, got it anyway. Also whole sitting at the window, waiting on our food, we were given our cookies and drink while waiting on everything else and another team member sticks their head out the window to ask if we were good, to which I replied I'm still waiting on our food. So I order 4 salted Carmel, got two salted Carmel and two double chocolate after repeating myself twice that I wanted four salted caramel and the cashier rung me up for two salted Carmel and two double chocolate. This is a terribly run restaurant, I expect more from Arby's, guess I expected to much. Won't be visiting again and I'm telling...
