I had by far the worst restaurant experience I've ever had in my life here at the other week when my parents and I went to eat there.
First, they sat us in the "heated" outdoor patio after waiting 15 minutes for a table. I say, "heated" because they were very stingy with how much they ran the heat, so despite being in sweatpants and a hoodie, I was still cold and uncomfortable.
The waitress was fine at first. She took our order for one appetizer and one large pizza along with a few drinks, and then we never saw her again for another hour and never got the pizza.
After sitting out in the cold for an hour we had to go inside and ask where a pizza was just to find out that apparently it had been messed up, but they somehow JUST found out and were just then putting another Pizza in the oven.
This is by far the part that was most frustrating to me because if you mess something up at a restaurant, it should obviously start being made again immediately.
Frankly, that's why I believe that this was a bald-faced lie, because I think what really happened is they gave the pizza to the wrong table and then thought nothing of it because they couldn't be bothered to care enough to double-check. Not the back of house, not the server, nobody.
Once we made it clear that we were very agitated with our service and our lack of food, the food came out very quickly and they did give us a few appetizers to try to appease us.
Too little too late is what I would sum this experience up as, because we still ended up having to pay $60 after getting the worst service we have ever gotten at a restaurant in our entire life. They took off a couple of appetizers, but for literally being forgotten out in the cold for an hour, everything should have been free, and the manager should have talked to us.
The manager never even bothered to show their face or take any accountability for anything that happened.
Keep this in mind before choosing to eat here. They will waste your time in a heartbeat and not even try to make it seem like they care afterward because you're just another expendable customer to them, not someone who they care about getting repeat...
Read moreI made a pickup order and asked to verify that they had anchovies IN-HOUSE, and they confirmed that they did. I drive 20 miles to get to the restaurant and they inform me that they indeed DID NOT have anchovies AND STILL tried to sell me the pizza at full price! Then tried to comp me the missed anchovies. I told them that it wasn't the pizza I order and the manager acted like I was the A-hole for HER mistake! I should've known I went to the wrong place when she never even looked at me or apologized for not calling me when they found out that they didn't have anchovies, but instead, dismiss a very important topping. I need to escalate this issue. My dinner was ruined!
What exactly did she tell you? I didn't come at her aggressively or disrespectful. I let her know that I was displeased with the experience that I had with your business and the lack of communication your employees have. the failure on her part to apologize for the lack of communication stood out and that was the reason for the peaceful, monotone call. I asked her to have the general manager to contact me and she said she would have him/her call me once they got in in 2 hours. That comment you made about the phone call is throwing me for a loop. I was respectful. And as for a full refund, it was not a full refund for the rentire order, it was a full refund for the ONE PIZZA that was not made correctly. That was the bare minimum, that you were supposed to do when you make a mistake? Am I missing something here? The order was $98. I got $24 back for the wrongly made pizza. The young lady never looked up at me when she gave the refund, nor did she apologize to acknowledge the lack of communication on your staffs part. I still want to escalate this to the general manager or higher. It seems like I'm being pegged as a jerk and all I did was patronize your business. My reply shows that I take this seriously and wanted to clear the record. And as you did me, I wish you a happy holiday as well and continued success with your company. If you'd like to meet, I'd be more than willing to have a peaceful...
Read moreThis was my first time trying mellow mushroom and I was very disappointed. At first they did not have a basic cheeseburger they said they ran out? We were going to try the pizza but it's outrageously priced. So I got a steak and cheese and it was the worst steak and cheese I have ever had it seemed to be steak um meat and I had lots of things on it I was not anticipating. So I asked for some ketchup I needed to drown the taste. So after about 20 minutes I finally got what I had requested which I did not understand because there was not very many people in the restaurant seeing that it was about to close in about 45 minutes. I looked around for my waiter and he was in a group having a conversation with the other employees I turned to another employee and said can I please get some ketchup and he acted like he had no idea what ketchup was. He then returned with a very small amount of ketchup. What is an even an amount that a baby could utilize. Finally the waiter came back to the table and asked if we were doing okay and I said well I did want some ketchup but the other guy got it for me I guess he's seen how much I had been given so he proceeded to go get more ketchup he came back with more ketchup and when I say more I mean too much. So overall the food was horrible the service was horrible and I wouldn't come back to try the pizza because the prices are just absolutely outrageous. I almost forgot the one thing that did taste good was the pretzel bites. The waiter had come to us and said oh they burnt the pretzel and they have to make a new one and then somebody brought the pretzel out to us after we got our meal in which then the waiter came back and said the pretzels on us because we didn't get it to you before your dinner that started everything off. Only thing I can say is the pretzel bites for good if they...
