Just had the worst experience ever at the Stadium Dr Wake Forest location. After I asked to speak to the manager on duty Jessica, she continued to ignore me and began asking customers who walked in behind me if they needed help. I placed an online order for two smoothies that was estimated to be ready at 4:11pm and it was now 4:30 and only one of the drinks was ready when I arrived. I asked for her assistance again and this is when she finally decides to come approach me but does so in a combative and argumentative manner. Her voice was elevated, and her tone was very harsh. She said they were short staffed and rudely and sarcastically asked me if I needed a job in an attempt to embarrass me in front of all the patrons in the store. I replied that I was employed, in upper management. She responded she was too and walked away. I hop on my phone and start to look up the corporate info and ask her name. She starts yelling at me again, screaming my name across the room saying,“that’s you?”I ignored what seemed to be her desperate attempt to trigger me and get me out of character which would have in the end justified her behavior. She walked over with the drink I was waiting on for the past 20 mins and slammed it on the counter. I told her I no longer wanted it and asked for a refund. She said she could not refund me because it was an online order and told me to have a nice day. This woman should not be in management, let alone in the customer service industry. If this store is really short staffed I can see why. I’m surprised there are any employees left. Read moreI wish I could give negative stars. On the app and on Google states that this store closes at 9pm. On Friday closing shift 6/10/22 the workers closed early to get off early. Typical when you leave a bunch of teenagers with no adult supervision/ proper management and lack of training. This is the second time I have been to this store and it’s closed earlier then stated online. I placed my order online at 8:45pm and when I arrived at 8:50pm I found that the store was closed and door was locked. I was not going to leave without food or a refund. I stood outside for 8 minutes knocking the whole time meanwhile each worker gazed at me, shook their heads as if I couldn’t read that they were closed, and continued to clean. Not a single care was given. Finally when the cashier realized there was online orders it clicked in her head that maybe that’s why I refused to leave. After 8 minutes the cashier opened the door I grabbed my order and left. Not a single care or apology was given. I was not going to stand there and express my frustration to a bunch of teenagers who lack customer service because of improper training. TRAIN YOUR STAFF! Update your hours online if this location closes earlier than stated! To put the cherry on top of it all, when I arrived home I found the only ingredients on my chicken pesto flatbread were cheese and pesto when I had paid for extra chicken and extra pesto. RIP OFF! Read moreI have to agree with every review about the staff not acknowledging their presence. We came in for the first time and stood at the register. 3 employees were behind the counter and 2 passed us multiple times without greeting us for 2 minutes. They avoided eye contact like the plague. Because the employees don't wear name tags, we can't bring the people to the owner's attention. However, this happened on Sunday, August 18th at 2:10pm so he can look at the schedule. Two blondes, one boy, and one brunette girl. The boy finally took our order and just went into "what can I get you?" The brunette chick blatantly ignored us. I asked about any vegan protein and the short blonde gave an attitude because she didn't know if the pea protein had a flavor and she just wanted to be done with the conversation.
The smoothies and food were good, but we're so tired of poor customer service. These employees aren't there out of the kindness of their hearts to do us favors. They are there to make money which comes from our pockets. It's not a lot to ask for manners when we're giving them our money.
