First of all, I would have given a 0 star rating but that was not an option and I wouldn't even be rating a huge chain resturaunt if this experience had not been the worst I have ever had.
Just as a brief recap, I pulled up to the drive thru approximately 25 minutes before close and waited in line. The line was moving at such a speed that was beyond slow for even a drive through. My turn came, and I sat there and watched 5 other cars in the adjacent ordering station have their order taken, while I just sat there without getting any service.
I then at that point got in line to see if I could just go to a window to ask what the issue was and potentially order from there, where an employee acknowledged my knocking for attention and then ignored me. And then 3 minutes later (as 2 cars were infront of me, one getting waited on, the next to follow) there is an employee texting in near plain sight! The same one who acknowledged me!
I then pull up to a window, calmly explained the situation (somehow managed this after wasting an hour of my life over this as I was stuck in line) and was just told "we're closed." Not "Sorry we're closed," not "I apologize how can I help you" (AFTER I EXPLAINED I HAD SEEN 5 CARS have their order taken, while NOBODY WAITED ON ME). She even refused to get the manager and shut the window on me.
This was a complete and utter display of how to NOT treat a customer. I have never been so poorly treated in my entire life and I do intend on speaking to corporate in the morning. UNBELIEVABLE, DO...

Unfortunately, staff at this location thought they’d “play smart” — seems they took already prepared fries and fish filet and dropped them back in the grease for a moment. Absolutely disgusting! Absolutely a waste of my money! Extremely unnecessary! Not appropriate, even by the McDonalds Corporation standard. One time I had to have them redo my latte twice. Idk if they're not reading or if the people completing the order don't know how to make a latte so they just give you whatever they want... idk.
