Nicks had excellent food. They still do but have become so busy that their customer service is no longer a priority. Sometimes you get what you asked for but they are mostly inconsistent. While they have the potential to make excellent food, they no longer focus on customer service. It’s become more like a fast food restaurant. Or like a deli “next”! Although some who work there admit to a huge mass of orders and everybody getting their order mixed up they don’t have the authority to fix it. Solution: call management. And we do and she’s too busy. Have they become too big for themselves? Let’s be real, busy is great! But when it’s so busy that customers are not getting what they ordered…we all know what happens. They are climbing to high to fast and forgetting about us. The higher the climb the harder the fall. Keep throwing mud Nicks and you won’t have any ground left to stand on. YOU HAVE EXCELLENT FOOD. But not when the orders are confirmed, mixed up and then too busy to speak to your customers. We have spent over 100 in 1 week. And we couldn’t get 2 min for you to listen? Be kind. Listen your customers. Then you will have loyalty. However I know three people who have loved your food for many years and spent all together thousands of dollars and then- they gave gave up. How many more before you listen? Stop being rude. Stop being so busy that your orders are incorrect and you don’t have any time to listen to anyone. Nicks had become totally different and mean. Read moreI have been to this restaurant many times but just went today and the sandwich was awful, the attitude of the owner was completely disrespectful and told me nothing he could (would) do and I should go somewhere else. I was not even asking for my money back - just trying to have a conversation. Believe me I will go somewhere else where they can make a sandwich the right way and where my business is wanted. Do yourself a favor and find a different place to go. The sandwich quality was poor, very greasy and not made correctly. Clearly this restaurant does not need the business or money if he is telling me to go somewhere else. There are lots of small businesses that appreciate their customers.

Read moreI never order out and when I do l ONLY order from Nick’s. But lately it has been off! I just got an order last night and it was cold and the Greek salad had no onions nearly enough lettuce the chicken fingers were dry and it cost me $30.00 for the two. I was not going to order anything again because last time the pizza (witch is the only one I would eat because they WERE THE BEST all the cheese was slid off to one side in my delivery and when I called to let them know they responded that they are busy) I also ordered two steak tip salads and I was honestly disappointed no dressing and I had asked for no carrots or peppers and they put it on both my husband can’t come in contact with peppers so that was money down the drain!!!!! I just lost both my mom and dad with in 4 months and I just have not been up to cooking steak or making a salad. I am not sure what had changed but it was my go to when I did not feel like cooking.
