We ordered Fazoli’s for delivery. I paid $60+ because the ONLY thing my boyfriend wanted for his birthday was Fazoli’s. He ordered an ultimate sampler, which arrived cold. He made it a combo, to come with a slice of pizza and a drink. The pizza slice arrived burnt, the drink didn’t even show up. On top of this, neither did the promised two breadsticks that come with the pasta. I ordered an oven baked pasta sampler. My dish also arrived cold. Mine is also missing the two breadsticks, my large drink did show up - but half full. As a treat, I also ordered six breadsticks, since he likes them so much…out of the 10 breadsticks total we should’ve received, we got zero.
