Yet another day with absolutely slow staff and an ultra RUDE manager. I said NOTHING to staff at all my entire wait but the manager heard me say "Nothing like a 20 minute wait for a to go order." and she decided to immediately go into rude mode making excuses and talking about people hustling and bustling? The two front staff were definitely not hustling OR bustling. And you can CLEARLY see BOTH of the order screens from the counter. And there were ZERO drive thru orders on the screen from 12:18 on and you could hear the SAME MANAGER tell the drive thru staff member to help the counter expediter because she didn't like seeing people standing around at her counter.(but it apparently MY fault for still being there 10 minutes later I guess)And It clearly stated on said board that my order was supposed to be ready at 12:15. I arrived at 12:16 and the counter staff member was working on a lobby order which is perfectly understandable as it was prior to mine on the screen. But as the picture of the receipt CLEARLY shows the order was received at 12:10 yet they didn't start working on it until 12:19 and I didn't receive the food until 12:28. So it took them 9 MINUTES to bag 2 COMBOS there's some hustle and bustle alright. One thing that was the most annoying was the orders that were supposed to be ready at 12:20 AND 12:25 were bagged FIRST and when I said that to her she really got angry. She then proceeded to tell me I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT AND THAT'S NOT HOW IT WORKS. Yeah I apparently am to stupid to be able to read AND tell time. Only she can because she works at fabulous BK. So then I'm the bad guy for not being happy about waiting 12 minutes at a supposed "FAST" food restaurant for an order placed 6 minutes BEFORE I arrived. From now on I'm going to start taking a video immediately on entering these terrible Burger Kings. Because I am DONE being talked to in this manner by these managers. Then they can be as SLOW, RUDE and INSULTING on Google reviews, TikTok and YouTube as they want FOREVER. I'll also be contacting corporate customer service as well.
Friend wanted to hit this restaurant for lunch. I tried talking him out of it. And after getting our meals and eating them he agreed. The meat on our whoppers was somehow overcooked and dried out to the point of being almost inedible. And back at work we realized we were given value size drinks instead of the small for our small combos. And somehow our drinks tasted off. He got a fanta orange and I got barq's root beer. They tasted almost as if the machine hadn't been cleaned in a good while. Honestly the only thing that didn't taste bad were the fries. Now friend is with me on the avoid this restaurant train.

Read more2 years ago I stopped coming to this location. Service is horrible and they can't open on time. If the store opens at 6 AM and a customer sits at the drive through for 5 minutes after arriving at 6:01 AM, then someone finally comes to the speaker and says, it will be 10 more minutes, well then, they aren't open at 6 are they?
I am sure if they change the opening time to 6:30, 7:00, 8:00 it won't matter, they won't be ready to open on time. This is why I stopped going 2 years ago, it was ridiculous.
Today I decided to try again after 2 years and guess what? Not a damned thing has changed. Terrible service. It is only a matter of time before this place shuts down.
Sorry BK, no more chances at this location. Too bad your staff and the management are so poor. Who needs customers to stay viable and turn a profit?!
PS - I'm guessing that the positive reviews for this location are either A. Paid for of B. Written by friends, family, or workers themselves. Common sense says read all the reviews and it is clear 1 plus 1 don't equal 2 at this location. They can't tell time so how can they possibly...
