A couple of years ago I ordered food from this location and my order was delivered incorrectly. It was handled very rudely by the manager and at that time, I decided that would never get food from there again. Then yesterday i did. I placed the order through the mobile app and after I "checked out" it said something rather confusing and I wanted to add some ranch as well as make a modification to the order, so I called the location. When I called I asked for some Ranch dressing to be added to my wings and I also asked to have Ranch substituted for mayo on a BLT pizza. The lady was polite and said it wasn't a problem and all was well. When receiving my order, I did not get any ranch with the wings as I had requested. I called to see if I could get the ranch I requested brought back to me as I had just tipped the delivery driver $10.00 for a very speedy delivery time. The manager got on the phone and stated that the ranch had not been rang in. I explained that I followed up with the phone call just for that purpose so that I could guarantee that I received the order correctly since I have had issues ordering fro this location in the past. She was not concerned about that and basically made me feel as if I had done something wrong. I have been the general manager of different restaurants around Grand Rapids in the past and handled many costumer complaints in that time and NEVER have I approached a costumer with that kind of tone. She then said that it was going to be $.80 in order to get my ranch. I was done at this point. Those wings are still in my refrigerator and will not be eaten. Not only did I not get to enjoy the wings but I also tipped the driver above and beyond for what I had assumed was a job well done. That is around $20.00 that I just wasted and now she is looking for an additional $.80? That is very insulting. I will never EVER order a Jets product again for the rest of my life and I will also be sure to share this series of events with the many people I know that live...
Read moreI tried this pizza for the 1st time, and I won't be going back. The food lacked flavor in the pizza & bread sticks I had. Got the reg breadsticks with garlic, and it was like eating dough. I wish I had tried it before I got home because I would have turned around to get a refund. I did call and complained they needed to add something to it for taste alone. The pizza was ok but thin, which I got hand tossed, but when I picked it up to eat it, it was so thin that even the toppings were sliding off. The employees were nice & friendly, the atmosphere was ok, clean but small, not much room inside. For the 20$ I paid, I'd rather have had Little Ceasars better...

After about an hour 20 minutes, I began wondering where my order was…. I go to take my dog outside, and there’s my order sitting on the porch, COLD AS ICE! I called the store and apparently Blake was the driver who just threw my food on the porch and left. The manager Avery, did absolutely nothing. Said it was store policy to just leave food on the porch…. I got no knock no text no anything. This is so disappointing. I guess this is what I get for tipping up front….
