Peppino's Pizza — Restaurant in Walker

Been ordering pizza weekly from the Standale location for years. Tonight my wife and I agreed to remove Peppino's number from our phones and never mention their name in our home again. Worse pizza we ever have gotten from them and we have gotten some terrible pizzas from them in the past. Making a good cheese pizza isn't rocket science, when someone orders a cheese pizza, light on the cheese it doesn't mean DONT PUT ANY SAUCE ON IT! Nothing like the flavor of under cooked pizza dough with cheese on it, the whole pizza went directly into the trashcan tonight, minus the two bites we took! A month ago we ordered a cheese pizza and it was delivered with pepperoni on it... We are done ordering from Peppino's, never again! You lost us as loyal customers for ever. If I could give zero...

This place is a joke!!! Awhile back a driver passed me and several cars on the right on Wilson. That’s illegal!! I followed him and told him you cannot do that and it’s dangerous! He processed to cuss and swear at me while bringing his pizza up to someone’s door. He drives a green junky blazer! I called the store and spoke to manager who said that wasn’t acceptable. Well... guy still works there. I said I would never order again. My husband likes their pizza and just ordered from there (I personally hate their pizza) and the online order didn’t order properly. Husband called and manager refused to do anything. I do not know how this pace stays in business. Learn customer service and don’t hire trashy people to run...

Horrible service we ordered from them three time the first time the chicken wings weren’t completely done the second time the driver (Ethan) demanded a tip from my roommate and told her how much I paid the last time for my food that’s my business not everyone else’s so uncalled for the third time we just ordered wings on line it says 6.99 for 12 wings wen we called I asked if it came with sauce they said yes charged me 8.99 for the wing then charged for the sauce not a big deal till we called and the manager all he could say instead of fixing the problem was I don’t know what to tell you so unprofessional I will never order from this place again...
