Delivery driver here. I had to wait 30+ minutes for someone’s order to be ready, and that was only after asking THREE times and telling them I need to leave and have other people’s orders getting cold that they finally put my food together. I had been getting the run around of “it’ll be another few minutes” for a half hour plus costing me time and money, and the quality of the other orders just sitting and getting cold in my car. If I had not said anything I easily would’ve been sitting there for an hour waiting for this person’s food.
The employees are rude and treat you like you’re an inconvenience for delivering an order to someone from their restaurant. If they’re busy at all whatsoever except them to not care about delivery orders and not do them. There were people coming in 20 minutes after me and ordering in-restaurant and still receiving their orders while they left their delivery drivers to be screwed on their time and money. It is not feasible for drivers to be waiting over 10 minutes for an order to be done (which I waited WELL over the 10-minutes threshold) and this location needs to do WAY better.
I also wouldn’t recommend ordering delivery as a customer, because they clearly don’t care about the quality of your experience whatsoever and have no problem making you wait forever for your food. Please don’t put yourself on delivery services if your business can’t keep up with orders at a reasonable time, because screwing over your delivery drivers and customers is NOT...

When I ordered at the drive through, the girl who took my payment kind of mumbled something at me after I paid and then quickly shut the window and walked away. I couldn’t tell if she said to stay at the first window or to move on to the second one.
A few seconds later, I saw a different worker look my way, laugh then walk away as I was sitting at the first window confused because I simply couldn’t understand what was said to me. Ended up moving to the second window because I didn’t know what else to do since I was just sitting there and no one was by the window.
The workers looked young but that’s no excuse for treating people like that. Do better, there are people in this community that are disabled and struggle with things like this. I won’t be ordering here again, so congrats on losing a customer who has been coming...
Read moreI really hate writing One star reviews about companies I love so much, but you guys have went downhill fast!! I can’t remember the last time I got my Chipotle Chicken club flatbread made properly... most of the time my chicken is cold!!! Or the thing is made very sloppy, or they put the tomato on when I ask for no tomato!! And some of the employees do not take the issue seriously when confronted, yet some do take it serious.... so this is what I have to say to you ownership. Stop this dam cold chicken streak!!! Please say something to your people!!!! When I get 5 in a row that are proper(no cold chicken, and no tomato) I will happily turn this into a 5 star!!! I used to eat here daily, but now once a week at most.
Update 8/24/20: have received 2 phenomenal Chipotle Chicken Club Flatbreads since writing this review... will add 2 stars... keep them...
