I work for a mobile company but decided to remain with T-Mobile since I’ve been a customer for over 15 years…big mistake! I went to this location and purchased a IPhone. The phone seemed fine , but upon going to Optimum Mobile for a screen protector ( fresh out of the IPhone Box ) I noticed a knick on the corner that was close to the screen. At this point the Phone was literally 3 days old. I contacted a rep from this location who told me that I would be required to pay a $70 restocking fee, I initially refused and wasn’t happy about it, but I reluctantly then agreed. 5 minutes later, I received a call back from the same rep who then told me that they would not be taking the phone back and that I had to contact customer support after I REPEATEDLY asked for a point of contact with Management, but was told that I have to come in on A Monday ( when I’m working ) in order to be able to speak with one. I then spoke to customer support, who then notified me that the same representative that I spoke to via PHONE, had notated my account that I came in with the Phone and it was refused due to inspection ( which was a lie, because I was still at work and never visited the store on 6/29/24 and had only ever been at that location once, and that just so happened to be the same day that I initially purchased the phone. Imagine being sold a defective device and then having a representative blatantly lie about a occurrence to save face, rather than to do the right think and satisfy a customer’s request to give them what they paid for without being a lying D bag. Who lies about a customer coming into a store??? I will be requesting the video footage from that day be reviewed by Management and hopefully that sorry POS will be terminated for his actions and T-mobile can reclaim some of its former glory much before it became about turning a profit, even at the expense of the consumers who have supported this business for 15+ years such as myself. I will be terminating my account and if necessary seeking the proper legal channels to take action. Don’t do business with Wall Township T- Mobile. Nothing but Liars and...

I visited T Mobile in Wall a week ago to see how they compared with Verizon. I found out I could significantly reduce my monthly payment, and the gentleman I spoke to said that if I signed on right then, he would cancel my Verizon service and satisfy any remaining balance. He told me that if I received a bill from Verizon after the fact, to bring it to T Mobile and they would reimburse me. I was pleased and signed up for T Mobile service.
After receiving a bill from Verizon, I returned to T Mobile to be reimbursed as was promised. I touched base with the gentleman that I spoke to and we approached the counter together. After speaking with his supervisor (Michael), his supervisor turned to me and rudely stated that "they don't DO that" as if I was a moron who should know better than his own employee.
I asked him why he was speaking to me in a manner suggesting that I should be aware of T Mobile's policies - as if they were taught in school - when in fact - I was merely repeating what I was told - by a T Mobile employee - only a few days before.
He took my number and said that he will "see what I can do"
I'll be happy to edit my review if T Mobile holds their promise. I wont hold my breath.
Typical used car salesman tactics. Many promises until you sign on the dotted line, then you're treated like an idiot when you suggest that they actually keep their word.
Perhaps the first salesman that I spoke to made an honest mistake - the supervisor was extremely rude and unprofessional. He should repeat what he told ME to HIS EMPLOYEE, albeit in a respectful and constructive manner.
In the ten days that I've had the service, I have no complaints, but I'll research Sprint and Metro PCS. If anyone at the T Mobile Corporate Headquarters is invested in customer service, they would be well advised to re-evaluate personnel at their location on Hwy 35 in Wall...

If you need to trade in a phone for jump on demand do not go here. They are not a corporate store and don't have to follow any of the corporate rules as I found out the hard way today. Went to trade in my Note 8 after upgrading to a new Note 9. Was told by a rep on the phone and in a chat to just go to a Tmobile store to give in my old phone. Went here today to be told no we can't do this, you are supposed to send the phone in the mail and he looked at me like I was an idiot. I said to him again I was told multiple times to not send the phone in an go to the store. After calling Tmobile I was told to then go to a different store, the "corporate store" in brick and they could help me out. This is just a crappy policy by tmobile to trade the phone into the store without specifying which one and I blame the store for not wanting or having to follow corporate rules.
Go to Brick in the Shoprite plaza. This Wall...
