Today my father a 76 year old man had a horrible experience at this location, he’s been a grub hub driver for years and not once has he dealt with an attitude as nasty as this women who called herself the “manager”. My father comes into the store, sees the grubhub order on the table and this woman stops my father from taking the order, she then tells him to show the order on his phone which he does. She then lies telling him its not ready, yells at him and then tells him to mark the order as ready. She then makes him wait 15 minutes for his order all the while she’s constantly staring at him, making him look like a thief having him wait in a corner. My father then asks another worker about the order which she tells him that the order has been done and it was the one my father was trying to get the first time. The other woman comes back to yell at him and forces him to show that he marked the order has taken because the store has a lot of robberies. He asks her why did she make him wait so long if the order was ready and why is she yelling at him. She says because “I can do whatever I want”, she then yanks the order away from my father at the door as he is leaving and tells grub hub that he refused to deliver the food. I have worked in the fast food service for years and I have NEVER treated someone the way she has treated my father. There are levels of frustrations that I could understand but that goes way beyond anything reasonable. That is truly disgusting behavior, and as long as im around I will make sure no one im associated with dines at this...
Read moreI ate here for the first time. Obviously being a salad place, don't come here if your hungry. I ate a chicken honey wrap. Overall it was decent, but the amount of chicken used was for a child not a grown adult. They used two small, 3-3.5 inch long chicken strips. I asked if I could have two more and was told it would be extra, about $2+ plus tax. Which I found to be way over priced for frozen chicken strips they bring in. I also had a PB Protein shake, total came to around $20. The shake was good, nice taste. Honestly there's more value in eating at Chipotle if we are comparing $ - nutritional totals. The ingredients in chipotle cost much more and you can walk out with a bowl that has much more substance to it. Overall it tasted decent but the cost to value was IMO not worth it. The salads can be made at home at much less of a cost. If you're in a pinch it makes sense but to make it a spot to visit frequently, not for me. The straw was interesting, my first bamboo (I think) straw. Much better than those paper straws that break down...
Read moreI love just salad and have ordered many times, but my recent experience has left me very upset. I made a small mistake when ordering online, and immediately called to fix the mistake. It was just a free substitution for an ingredient that I forgot to select. When I called, it was a central line for the company, and I was informed that there’s no way to call a store directly, and there was nothing they could do. The woman on the phone said she would “check with the store” and put me on hold for less than a minute, and then said they had already finished my order so it wasn’t possible. This was at most 2 minutes after I placed my order, so there’s no way it was done, I doubt she actually checked. She then proceeded to be very rude to me after I calmly stated I had just ordered a minute ago, there’s no way it was done, and hung up on me.
I’m very disappointed that they can’t help a customer fix a very simple substitution over the phone, and then hang up. Now I am receiving a salad that I cannot eat because a simple fix...
