Store manager Viasia, very unprofessional, hasty, rude, talking over me (customer) and does not stand by chipotles values. I did a online order because when i called the store the machine said only pick up orders or delivery only. But when I arrive to pick up my order that was supposed to be ready at 6:30 PM there were walk-ins they were door Dashers waiting for their orders and online orders waiting so it was over 25+ people in which, I took a picture of in the restaurant at one time waiting for more than over 20+ minutes. I went in to store To look to see if I see my order ready I arrived there at 6:38 PM there was no order with my name on tables, so I went to the cashier to inquire about how long I was going to have to wait I gave her my name and she could not find my order at all so I was waiting for another 20 mins. as I stood there watching the Mayham and the people continually coming into the restaurant I seen the manager throwing together peoples food and cross contaminating while trying to be in a hurry so at that point I decided That I did not want my order which was $33 so I went up to the register and I requested a refund and told her that I do not want any food from this restaurant because of how the manager was throwing together food and cross contaminating. The manager then stands in front of the register girl telling her no she can’t have a refund she will have to do the refund at the end of the night and i will have to wait 5 to 7 business days for a refund to my card. I told her how unfair that was that I had to order online and they were excepting walk-ins so I could’ve ordered my food as other people did in a timely manner and watch my food being mean so that I could make sure they were cross contamination. The manager was visually Stressed out and disheveled and refuse me to get a refund and did not offer to remake my food at all so I walked out the restaurant with my receipt and nothing else no refund no food how unprofessional is that!!I asked for the owners name I asked for corporate’s number she’s told me to go online and look it up and offered me to take any of the cards that was in front of the register. As i began to walk toward door the manager began spelling her name after i asked for her name. she needs to be Fired and never allowed to deal...
Read moreI recently hosted a fundraiser at this Chipotle location for a high school program I run, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend partnering with Chipotle for fundraising efforts. The experience raised several concerns that made the process feel questionable, if not outright misleading.
1️⃣ High Minimum Requirement: Chipotle requires a minimum of $150 in sales before they even begin counting your fundraiser’s proceeds—of which you only receive 25%. This threshold makes it difficult for smaller organizations to benefit.
2️⃣ Issues with Online Orders: The fundraiser relied on customers using a specific promo code for their purchases to count. However, online orders did not prompt for this code, leading to confusion and lost contributions.
3️⃣ Inconsistent Order Tracking: When my husband picked up our order and explained the issue to the cashier, the staff admitted that others had the same problem. They reassured him that all orders from 5-9 PM would count toward our fundraiser, but this lack of structured tracking made me question the accuracy and integrity of their process.
4️⃣ Unexpectedly Low Proceeds: Despite our efforts, I received an email within 24 hours (much sooner than their stated 5-day processing time) stating that we had only raised $43. This rapid turnaround and low amount further added to my skepticism.
5️⃣ Lack of Customer Support: When I attempted to contact Chipotle for clarification, no one answered the phone. I had to navigate their website’s "Contact Us" section and submit a request under an unrelated topic just to get through. The absence of direct human support was incredibly frustrating.
6️⃣ One-Sided FAQ Section: Chipotle’s fundraising FAQ page only addresses general information and positive aspects of the program. There is no guidance on how to resolve issues or disputes, which feels intentionally dismissive.
Our goal was to raise $200 for a scholarship, but given these challenges, I would not recommend Chipotle’s fundraising program to other organizations. If you’re looking for a reliable and transparent way to raise money, I’d suggest exploring...
Read moreAbsolutely worst location I've ever had the misfortune of getting food from, sad thing is I could go on about what was wrong with my food order or how long it took how unacceptable the service is in general for any restaurant. The truth is the biggest problem with this place is that not one concern or problem has been answered or fixed there are shortly going to be more one star reviews then 5 or any other raiting due to the lack of management and franchise operations stepping in. The workers are unbearably slow, rude, and do not care about the food or people they serve all food is being prepared by 2 people in the very back on a small 5 or 6 foot table causing their maximum efficiency to be maybe 1 customer every 5-7 minutes if the owner's would stop wasting their time responding to the reviews and actually step into their store and solve the problems at the source none of this would be happening not only has chipolte as a whole lost my and many others business due to this but imagine this being your first chipolte experience and your food is so cold and disgustingly raw the service is so deplorable that you would rather spit out that bite throw it in the trash and ask for your money back that's where this is heading and with real customer complaints about very valid concerns this location will close sooner rather then later. as well as the company suffering as all of us now have a bad taste in our mouths. it's so sad to be able to say that bad taste is the food and service...
