Burger King — Restaurant in Wallingford

Went to BK after a long time wanted to try the Whopper with the fries and the drink had the coupon to try it out, it was like getting the food but not getting the food the burger itself had like just a shot of mayonnaise on it about 15 pieces of cut up lettuce trust me 15 exact pieces of cut up lettuce like Square rectangle pieces I literally counted it I don't know why,one shot of ketchup on it the Patty, patty was dry like literally dry it's like grabbing a frozen patty from a convenience store and warming it up forget about being broiled up forget about being juicy dried burnt out Patty the Whopper itself was not even hot forget about having it come out of the frame boil I was unsatisfied with the service the team was in uniform but hats were turned sideways people were more focus on Snapchat facebook etc or whatever on their phones,there weren't that busy but still you can clean up your store make sure that everything is looking good uniforms are in order have a pleasant smile even if you don't have any customers at 7:25 p.m. the point I'm trying to make is I'm giving you one star rating due to food wasn't hot wasn't up to spec the burger itself was not ...

I’ve had issues with this Burger King over 4 times. Specifically with the shakes ugh, barely full and if you order a chocolate Oreo shake the tall skinny man whose balding will say it’s extra even if you ordered and paid on the app. Bad attitude every time he’s corrected. He gave us a barely filled shake after we corrected him over which shake we ordered. The balding man, skinny man at the drive thru window is completely rude and doesn’t know how to service the public. There’s so many complaints regarding him, but man it’s frustrating to order something and pay for it, only to be told we have to pay more? And then given once again the same shake, but less filled and maybe with a drop of chocolate syrup??? Those shakes are nearly $6, why would I buy from BK just to get screwed over in the end. I’d rather just get something from DQ just to avoid the rude guy and hopefully get the shake I...

As I showed up in lobby the girl that was in the front didn't even pay attention to me. Like she didn't care at all even she saw me waiting to make an order. And then her colleague told her to take the order from me. And then she didn't say hey or anything. She was so rude and mean. Then when she finish taking my order I told her thank you, because I try to be nice as I usual I am and I was so surprised that she didn't even answer you are welcome. So rude so mean.. and then when I got my order of crispy chicken sandwitch it was cold and not cooked well. when I back to ask for mayonnaise she yelled at me and she said " mam you need a mask you can't walk around without it" I don't mind to tell me that but to say more nice and more polite. ...This place I will never back again. Employee should be train how to treat customers. Or you will lose your customers. You already...
