Starbucks — Restaurant in Walnut Creek

I’ve tried to give this Starbucks a chance but I’m done . Every-time , That I’ve visited this place I’ve had an unpleasant experience. From the baristas drinking personal drinks while making customers beverages. Unprofessional, and unsanitary. Also Not acknowledging a customer that have waited a long time for their drinks Most important issue though. The person at the register named Kim took my order and she was not professional at all and addressed me with a sassy attitude. I have yet to be met with the level of great customer service that Starbucks claim to have. The person who made my drink was also pretty unprofessional as well. There appeared to be an inside joke between the two. A customer should never feel uncomfortable or made to feel like they are being discussed amongst workers. I think her name tag read Carla. These guys are insanely good at what they do. I live in Santa Rosa in the North Bay but went down to Concord recently for the weekend and went to the Starbucks in the mall there in Walnut Creek. All I have to say is wow the people in the North Bay have nothing to complain about at their job when you see how fast these people move at the Starbucks at this location. They are serving so many orders to the public to coworkers of the mall that are picking up their coffees on their way to work and triple tasking every step of their day. It would be 1 star if the cashier wasn't a cool guy but some how my order disappeared. I ordered a venti iced coffee with an extra shot. I saw those in front of me and behind get their drinks yet I still waited. I asked what was going on with my order and it was missing. Then the guy making it was giving me attitude when I was looking for my drink. Then it seemed like it was a bother to actually make my drink and I said it had an extra shot I paid for but I know he did not add it.
