Palmetto Superfoods - Walnut Creek — Restaurant in Walnut Creek

This location either takes 20+ minutes or 2 minutes to make your bowl. They had a sign saying the wait time was 20 minutes when I placed my order, that's okay, so I walked out of the store. Two minutes later I get a text that it's ready. I walk back in and wait, and no one acknowledges me.

Before you ask why I didn't say anything, I noticed that the people who ordered before me hadn't gotten their order either. Also, none of the workers even came close to where I was standing and I didn't want to be rude and start shouting for them to be able to hear me. They were just calling names and quickly leaving.

Finally, 10 minutes later a girl comes up to me and asks if I placed an order, I said I did [12 minutes ago]. And she took my bowl out of the refrigerator. Why don't you just ASK people instead of ignoring them? Or at least be available for someone to flag you down.

They need to have a computer or screen or something that shows what orders are done. Again, I've been here times where it took 30 minutes to make a bowl and there's only 3 people waiting. Not sure what their problem is. Never know...

What a wonderful, plant based experience! I love the location and the cleanliness. I hope to see Palmetto Superfoods in every city in America Our family has loved eating açai bowls for over 20 years now, so I was really looking forward to trying these, because I keep hearing that they are the best of the best! As a vegan and health food aficionado; I had a huge smile once I saw ALL of the plant forward options, wow! I could come here EVERY DAY! In fact, when my daughter found out that I was going here today, she got so jealous that she had some delivered to her in San Francisco as well. she said " yes mom, the hype is true, it's the BEST IVE EVER HAD"

Step 2- I had the BYOB w a mix of açaí and blue butterfly pea flower chia pudding as the base, Step 3- hemp granola vegan gluten free Step 4 - Allll the fruits Step 5- macadamia nuts, PB, coconut shreds, pumpkin seeds, date honey, flax seeds, cacao. Also, you can top it all off with a vegan condensed milk. I hope they open up all over the Bay. Superfoods are everything and they know how to...

I used to really enjoy this place. I would drive 30 minutes to buy it every other day. I had the app and loved receiving points for my orders and the discounts that came along with it. I haven't had it in a few months, but I bought one for my mom and me on Sunday. It was the most flavorless acai I ever had.

It tasted like it had no sugar and a lot of granola and seeds. The peanut butter, the fruit, and the acai were tasteless. I was so disappointed. On top of that, the app doesn't work anymore & when you walk in, the staff don't acknowledge you. I was standing there for a few minutes thinking one of the ladies working there would help me once they were done making an order. Right when she was done making the order and handing it to another customer, she proceeded to make another order as if I wasn't standing there waiting to be helped.
