I went in to store this afternoon after Work to discuss the return of my knee brace and the female behind the counter was disrespectful and snarky. I asked to speak with the manager and was told he just left by a salesperson with an such a vile disposition I had to ask her if she was the owners daughter because she had zero respect and no tolerance for customer complaints, when I told her she was in customer service and should act professionally she smirked at me . Mike Kuller , RPh is the owner of this company and if he thinks his staff is acting for him on his behalf he should not be selling medical supplies in this beautiful city where I grew up to individuals with medical needs anymore. The elderly, disabled and those suffering from painful medical conditions are classes of people that deserve better treatment from our local merchants. I happen to fall in to each category so I should know. When I went in to your store yesterday I wasn’t looking for an argument, I wanted to find out why your salesperson told Julie she did not measure me for the knee brace (when she did) and find out why a neoprene knee brace that was too large to stretch on my knee could be considered too worn to return by a her. I bought it less than a week ago and it was “TOO BIG” and wore it less than a full day because it did not fit. To function as a knee brace it must fit tightly. Your salesperson rolled her eyes and was rude too me and when I asked her about her attitude and told her I would have her fired she said “I bet you won’t”!. It appears she was right and that even with her lies about fitting me for knee brace and disrespectful actions towards my good friend and myself you are standing behind her. Keep the money for the knee brace I got a better one at Walgreens at half the price and don’t worry about my coming into store again. Worn once and returned an item within the 5 days because it was falling off. Was told cannot return it nor get store credit. Obvisiously the woman who did the measuring did it incorrectly or sold a faulty item. The woman behind the counter did the measuring and failed to admit either her error or the supply company selling bad products. Lesson learned. Sadly, arrogance + bad product = zero stars.
