Order online, went to pick up said order. To where waited in drive thru for two minutes for someone to answer/talk on speaker. Then up to the window for receipt, an on up to pick up window spot. Now remind you line was completely empty. I was given drinks and asked to pull forward to next window. Just to wait another five minutes for food to come out, COLDā¦. Plus to where I had to go into restaurant, to finish getting my order that I ordered. Cause the full order wasnāt placed in bag. All to wait at counter cause no one would address me at counter. So I had to say excuse me, to get someoneās attention. Since playing phones is so much better than customer service! I get it there is a wait, but not that long of a wait. An it should be warm/hot at least, and not over cooked dry! Most definitely will not be going back to WR location...

Got to next window and was told by a smart-alec blond with a bose ring to pull to the next window to wait. I wait over 10 min for a simple Big Mac and fries. Nothing special. When she came to car, still a smart alec and no apology that the service is awful. This McDonald's is one of the worst. Not going back. Each time I come there the staff is so unfriendly and lazy. They act as if you are a bother for naking them put a patty and some condiments on a bun. Owner should be ashamed but you can tell they don't care about what they hire or the service they provide. All about money, could care less about the customer. The attitude is so what you don't eat here, other people will. That is why McDonald's will never be like it was...

You get a few run ins with management like that, instead of finding a solution to the problem they escalate the situation. I havenāt met a problem solving manager that works there yet. Honestly would give this place a 5 star if the poor communication and attitude from management was completely cut out from the picture. Management! Work on your attitudes! And how you communicate with customers! Your supposed to be the problem solvers! How you communicate to your customers effects business!
