Nature's Juice — Restaurant in Walnut

I never complain but this time I will because of how rude their co worker kayla was being to me for a phone order. I ordered very kindly and at the end I asked to pay over the phone since a friend was picking my order up for me. And kayla the co worker of Nature’s juice responded with, “well can you send the card with her” and I said well I can but I’d rather pay over the phone so the person picking it up for me doesn’t have to do much but walk in. And she responded with, “well it’s more continent for us if you do that” I was so disappointed with her response especially because what was the inconvenience any ways my bowl was done within 7 min and my friend said their was literally only one other costumer in the shop. I called to complain to a manager and their was none in and the co worker seemed to think everything I was saying was just a normal complaining customers...

I really like this place especially the pbj smoothie. Unfortunately their customer service is like California weather, you never know how the service will be. From extremely nice service where they only see me walking into the store, to a very upset looking employee. Too bad they are not consistent with their customer service. I usually get two to three drinks every morning, but today this morning 2/4/25 @ 10:30 am , I’m done giving them my business! It is not about the policy I am so annoyed about, is about the way is presented! Maybe the employees should not only be trained on policies, but also the delivery method and customer service! Some kids there seem like they are upset to be working or as they don’t even want to be there!! It is absolutely a shame to let just anybody handle your business ( unless the owner has no clue about what it takes to...

This is my 13th time reviewing NJ. I been going here for many years. Everything is still going good here. I been away because I'm never around the area to get a quick something so I'm not able to get NJ much but when I do - they always got me served with what i want and need with the drinks and such. But as of late I been getting their oatmeals. Keyword is availability. All the best flavors are still around. I'll be honest - conflict of interest, I know the owner. I support him however, to be unbiased, this place was good even after it use to be Robek's back in the day. He was able to make it his own thing and the location is perfect for him to always get good business. It's good to see he still gets good reviews after so many years. Kudos to NJ. Always supporting local... especially successful local businesses...
