Buck's Pizza — Restaurant in Walterboro

Well first off , I love Buck's Pizza! But , this location has it all wrong... When my delivery driver arrived , he said that they didn't have one of the items in my order and that they would refund it. When I checked my ticket , the price was the same. Ok , a simple mistake , I opened the pizza , and it was not cut as ordered , again , not the end of the world. But , the pizza was cold , I say cold but , more like room temperature , which would be understandable if I was far away but , I was located 0.1 miles away... Back to the missing item now , I called the store and asked about the refund , the woman on the phone said " I never said I was taking that off" , I replied " I know , your driver did". She then said I could come down and pick it up... (I hope this woman is not the manager, because the attitude I was given for asking about my refund, was like I was bothering her by even asking ). I mean really , I paid a $2.25 delivery fee because I'm at work , and I was charged for an item I didn't receive , now I have to come there to get a refund. So , I did...and I was refunded $1.79... the total of the item , not including the tax , why not , I may never know. Next time I'll order from a lesser rated place , because I've never had an experience like that at any other pizza...

Horrible Service, they told us they don’t do delivery, the lady didn’t have any consideration we was literally 5 mins from the establishment.. We had no way to get to them called them and told them that who we had picking up was taking a bit of time because it was alittle after 10 even though they waited after 10. Came to the establishment after she told me she will wait 10 mins I got there in 5 she was gone. Wouldn’t refund us told us she was tired and will have to deal with that in the am. We decided to have them deliver our pizza they took order said it be 45 minutes and after an hour I call and they let me know that they can't deliver their we are 6.6 miles from where the place is. First time we had the pizza we picked up and it was really good needless to say after this experience I will never buy pizza from there again. I don't understand why they didn't tell me in the first place and the lady went ahead and took my order and said it would be there and they can't pick up the phone and call me. Bad Business where...
