Frank’s Pizza is absolutely fantastic! The crust is perfectly crispy, and the staff is friendly and the service is quick, making it a great spot for a casual meal or takeout. Their calamari is cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. And don't even get me started on the garlic knots—they are soft, buttery, and bursting with flavor. Whether you’re in the mood for a classic cheese pizza or some delicious sides, Frank’s never disappoints. Highly recommend!

Don't let the strip mall fool you...this place is a hidden gem. We had garlic knots, chicken parmigiana pizza, buffalo chicken pizza, and thick crust pepperoni and sausage pie. Sauce was great with the knots. Service was awesome. Only downside is there is no delivery. We will definitely be back!

So surprisingly good, I mean homemade goodness. Fresh salad, yummy bread and delicious pasta. Highly recommend. AT Hikers such a good value and next to Sussex Motel. Better quality and value than Tonys which we also had.

Disappointing. Pizza toppings not worth what they charge. I would be embarrassed to give a customer the amount of toppings that were on my pie, and charge them for it! Gave them another shot on the way home from work, told 20 minutes, arrived on time and waited another 15 minutes. I understand they were busy, but to not acknowledge that fact by saying "thank you for waiting", the guy behind the counter just walks away and doesn't say where he's going (as I am in the process of handing him $) then comes back (with sauce), just takes my $ and never said "thank you" or "have a nice night". He had no problem communicating with a girl at the counter. Sorry if I interrupted your social time. Anyway, the sandwich was under-seasoned, and undersized. Note to Franks...acknowledge your customers, be thankful for them and let them know it, our money is good anywhere. Lastly, lower your prices. You are not worth what you think....

I have been going there for a long time. We love the food and it has always been an amazing business. I think covid really hurt the business as they seem short staffed. Everyone was running around and it seemed like noone knew what was happening. We arrived early to pick up our food and they told us we need to wait. No problem. I watched as they forgot a slice of pizza in the oven and burnt it. They did throw it out and start over so I can't fault them on that however it shows that they may be slightly overwhelmed. We got our food which should have been fresh cooked and brought it home. No more than a 10 minute trip and our food was cold. I guess they couldn't find the food and that was what took so long. The food still tasted great so if you eat in I'm sure it would still be the same old Frank's. Just be aware if you order pickup it may be cold...

1 star should be reserved for the worst of experiences. So, this was not that. However, it merited only 1 notch better. The service was perfunctory at best. We had two young children with us, and it took forever to bring out 4 pasta dishes. A couple came in several minutes after we had been seated, ordered, mentioned that he knew the chef, and was served well before we even had a hint of our food coming. We knew it was going to be a while when the waitress unceremoniously slammed down a second slab of unappetizing garlic bread to complement the first one that had been devoured out of sheer starvation. The food we had was underwhelming, and cost more than it should have. I'm afraid the positive reviews for this place could only be coming from locals who have a connection with the employees. Obviously, we won't...
