Not good at all. Do not go to this establishment on Russell Parkway. Horrible service. Me and my family went to the drive thru to order something to eat. I waited over 7 minutes at the speaker and no one acknowledged us. I said into the speaker hello and the manager that was on duty at the store in Warner Robins, Ga. 31088 stated "wait a minute and be patient". I told him we waited several minutes and nobody said nothing over the speaker. He got smart at us and said, "like I said, be patient we busy. If we did not say anything, we must be busy! someone will take your order. I'm busy!" Nobody was in the line ordering at the time and when we drove off because he got smart with us. Nobody was at the window. I was so devastated, and will not go back to this establishment. We have never been treated like this at this place. Nobody deserve this horrible experience and I will let everyone know about this on incident at this place. This person does not need to work to work in customer service at all if they do not have the patience to work in the society. Read moreI stopped by today around 2 pm. I was the only person in line at the time. I ordered two Buffalo Chicken Sliders with light peppercorn sauce and a peach lemonade. Simple and easy. The lemonade was good. However, the slider came with some challenges. Although they were hot, the light sauce was nowhere to be found. I had to wipe sauce off of the first one. It was the only one that was edible. The second one was hot, old, burnt, extremely small, and a waste of product. I had no problem waiting for a slider that I could eat. Pulling the wrapper off also pulled off pieces of the bread. Very aggravated at the lack of care. This was the first chance I had at eating, and being pregnant and hungry was not a good combination. The young man at the window cared more about the conversation he was having and just handed me my change without the receipt. Read more2 years ago I gave this Arby's a 5 star rating. Today I now give them a one star rating. Went through drive thru after driving 45 minutes there. I placed our order for just saw the commercial of 4 roast beef for $10 so I ordered When place order because we live 45 minutes away. I was never told what the price was but when I got to the window I was told $43 and some change for the 8 roast beef 3 curly fries 3 medium teas. I was like I thought the roast beef were 4 for $10 she looked away and then said oh no we are not doing that anymore. I paid with my card I was then asked to pull up and a young man brought out the food. I asked for a receipt he said oh no our machine isn't working to give a receipt but you can drive back later and maybe get one. I will NEVER eat at this Arby's again.
