Firehouse Subs Russell Pkwy — Restaurant in Warner Robins

I want to like this place I really I do, I used to love it... but something has changed recently. The staff and management both seem really stressed out and ordering just a single medium size sub took them 25 minutes to make!

This is twice now I have heard the manager saying how they are going outside and going to call their manager because things are too stressful for them or they are short handed for the amount of orders they are getting in. There wasn't many people in the place both times this happened, so I am guessing it is online orders that are messing things up? If that is the case, consider dropping online orders until your store can handle the customers inside waiting for food so they aren't late to work again if it is their lunch break from...

They were out of meatballs and out of chili. No one actually said that.... the girl at the register just shook her head "no" when we tried to order those items. We asked if they were out and she shook her head yes.... again without actually speaking to her customers. My wife's sandwich ordered fully involved had no Italian dressing on it and a speck of mustard. My sandwich had no mustard at all even though I specifically asked for it. We had to wade through a puddle to get to the Coke freestyle machine. Not sure why, but there was a large black puddle of liquid all in front of the condiments and beverage machine. Will think twice before going for rude service, a wet floor with no warning cones, and meals not...

Visited twice this past week. My daughter and I went, ordered 3 subs, we were the only customers at that time. About 10 minutes later, we hear "excuse me, we don't have any white bread just wheat ". On another 5 minutes one of the employees came to the table and stated "we ran out of bacon on the last sub". Finally after about 20 minutes we get our food and head home. Our subs were so heavily soaked in condiments we had to eat them with a fork. Tried again this weekend, again the only customers in the restaurant ordered 2 subs. Took about 25 minutes to get our order this time we had to search to find the meat. Don't think we'll order from this location...
