First, I want to give kudos to whoever it is that makes the cakes for Baskin-Robbins. They are the reason I continue to give my money year after year after year. I just love their ice cream cakes! The person who takes those orders does a truly amazing job! BUT any time you go to Baskin-Robbins, the service is just really terrible. I worked at Taco Bell way back in 1980 when it was over there by Long John Silver's. Our manager, Mary Riedel, was ALWAYS teaching us how to treat customers. There was never a time on your shift when you were working with Mrs. Riedel (yeah, that's what we called her because we had such respect for her) that she wasn't TEACHING you something about how to do your job better. Your silly little job of making tacos and burritos. When I go to places today, I am APPALLED at the customer service I usually receive. And if I ever get good customer service, I ask for a manager and tell the manager about the person who helped me and what a good job I did. I've only done that ONCE at Baskin-Robbins and it was many years ago! I went to pick up the cake I ordered last night around 6:30. When I walked in, one girl was at the register but she promptly walked away to take an order to the drive-thru window. Another girl was standing at the donut shelves consolidating the donuts and putting the empty baskets on the counter. After a few minutes, I just assumed she had no training on the register or something and that's why she wasn't waiting on me. Nope. AFTER she got done with her donut expedition, she turned and asked if she could help me. I was mortified that she had just ignored me for probably 10 minutes before she waited on me!!!! I want to implore the manager of Baskin-Robbins and any managers who read this to please TEACH your employees about customer service. That is YOUR job. There is nothing more important in your store than a customer who is waiting to be served. The stale donuts can wait. I usually make an effort to support small business. One of the main reasons is because they are SO appreciative of your stopping in. To them, you mean financial support for them and their families. People who work at these large chains do not feel that way about their customers. It doesn't matter a hill of beans to a Baskin-Robbins employee if I come in there or not. I will remember that next year when it's time to order our yearly...

🔹️William greeted us and took our order; He was extremely pleasant and very patient
🔹️We ordered 4-Triple Scoops $34.20; At the window William very politely, asked us to hold on whilst he checked the freezer for more World Class Chocolate
🔹️We ordered 2 flavors- World Class and Pralines & Cream they had both but did not have Daiquiri Ice sadly
🔹️Kenyan came to the window to take our payment; He was also very pleasant and kind; After paying he asked us to pull up
🔹️About 8 minutes after pulling up, William brings out our order
🔹️3 of our 4 Triple Scoops were in 1 bag which of course would not close, therefore, in the future try putting just TWO in one bag🙄He handed us the 4th in no bag at all!
🔹️ALL 4 of our cups were super sticky, ice-cream all around the sides😳Guys, just wipe the cups to assure this never happens again in the future to anyone😁
👉🏽We are long time customers, been visiting this location since the early 2000's and this visit was the FIRST where our Triple Scoops were not filled to the very TOP! Had we noticed this while in the parking lot I would have taken the whole bag back inside for our usual proper servings 🤬
🔹️To conclude, our Ice-Cream is delicious as ALWAYS, thank goodness that NEVER changes ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Read moreWent this evening because its been a rough day for my family. Thought my kids would enjoy some ice cream. The girl Logan (not sure the shift leader gave me her right name) handed me my last ice cream 6 min after I watched them sit it on the counter. I then asked for an extra cup because now my ice cream was melted. Logan decided that was too much to ask for and instantly caught an attitude. Then I saw the cup come flying from the other end of the counter and Logan dropped it on the floor, picked it up and proceeded to give it to me. I asked her for another one as we are in a pandemic and even without that, would never want to eat from something on the floor. When I asked for anothed one, Logan shut the window in my face after saying "man, never mind." When she opened the window to give me a clean cup, I asked to speak to a manager In turn I was provided a shift leader who came to the window, calling herself Morgan and allowing Logan to still continue to hype herself up right beside her. I explained the same as above and simply said its not that serious and to please provide Logan some coaching and training on better customer service and the health requirements for healthy customers. This place is a joke. They have lost my business for sure. I will also be submitting a complaint to the health department. If one person is ok with using a bowl off the floor, what will the rest be ok with. I am totally diagusted!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! Coldstone is right down the street and you won't receive this kind of service or bacteria from...
