Hibachi grill express — Restaurant in Warner Robins

I have ate here multiple times. It is a hit or miss. When the food is fresh and cooked right it is good. The problem is many times the meat smells old as if they had it sitting out. I dont think they are storing there food at the right temps. Or they are trying to save money and keeping meat longer than they should. I have had multiple issues with this but i have went back because when that is not the issue the food is good. But Im done as of today. Cant continue to eat here and take chances with me getting food poison. I even had to stop getting the teriyaki sauce because they would make so many in advance and leave them sitting on the counter and they would get bad and spoil. Im extremely interested in what there health score is. Im sure they will be getting shut down soon because they are cutting corners and using bad food. I can smell the bad rotten smell as I eat and I had to stop and throw it away on more than one occasion. This is not safe or healthy. To those that have had good reviews its just a matter of time. Food tastes so good. They give plenty of it. Best Yum Yum sauce, even better than Zen's. I discovered this place back in April when all the dining restaurants were shut down. It is now a regular for me. I have no idea how many times I've eaten there now but I have not been disappointed.

Update 03/2021...lacks customer service as most ff restaurants other than CFA. The guy that took my order made a mistake and did not give me rice. he thought I meant substitute the rice with extra vegetables when I asked for extra vegetables. I did not realize I was missing rice until I got home. I drove back to get rice and was charged $1.00. He said that because he did not charge extra for the vegetables because he substituted the rice for the vegetables his manager told him he would have to charge me the dollar. I pd the $1 but told him to tell his manager that was poor customer service because (1) he the employee made the mistake (2) I had to drive back to get the rest of my order and therefore the manager should have eaten the cost of that $1. Absolutely pathetic...

The service was fine, but the food was terrible. Everything is so bland. They charge for extra sauce, so I initially wondered if maybe the plan was to not season anything so people want to buy more sauce.

The worst thing is that I ordered the dish with steak, chicken, and shrimp but had something in it that was none of those things. The mystery meat was mushy, wet, and red in the middle (making me believe it was uncooked). It tasted disgusting. I'm not sure what it was, but the taste lingered and almost made me physically sick. I couldn't finish the rest of my food after that. Definitely my first and last time...
