Selection of product is great so the reason for the low rating is due to a horrendous experience with one employee. Usually customer service here is amazing but Sarah is on some kind of power trip and is EXTREMELY rude. A product marked on sale, with signs didnât ring up correctly. After someone checked, they confirmed there was a sign and offered a partial refund. As the employee was fixing my purchase Sarah comes up and demands to know the situation. The employee informs her it is already taken care of and approved by another manager. She insists on knowing whatâs going on, because apparently this is the highlight of her week. After she rudely speaks about the situation as if I canât hear her, I tell the employee to just refund it. Why would I want to sit there and continue to be belittled? She then says (again as if Iâm not even there) âoh she doesnât want it on sale, thatâs fine weâll take itâ with her disgustingly rude tone.    Read moreI went looking for a frame shop to mount a 2x3 painting. Robins Frame shop said they did not do the canvas stretching and referred me to a local shop with glowing reviews. Way cheaper than the big box stores they said, accolades galore, etc..... Not the best experience for me there and I couldn't leave there fast enough. I then went to the Hobby Lobby and casually asked about framing expecting the worst. Wow, what a pleasant experience by the skilled staff member. They will take a digital picture of your work and show you what the frame looks like in real time. And the price... let me tell you that the price was a fraction of the local shop, roughly 1/10! Now I'm all about supporting our local community, but let's just say that some folks are not meant for customer interactions and leave it at that. So, yesterday when I went in the guy that helped me the first visit was there again also. So, Chris went a step further and wrote down the item I was needing along with my name and number. He cared enough to take the time out of doing his closing duties to help me out. That's what you call great customer service and it's very much appreciated!! He was very knowledgeable on the products and even where they were in the store. He shows leadership skills and deserves to be recognized for those qualities! I will certainly be returning to this store and couldn't be more pleased with my purchases or my experience here. They have such great prices and always are having such great sales going on!!
