McDonald's — Restaurant in Warner Robins

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit combo and a steak and egg and cheese bagel at exactly 10:05 a.m. They automatically gave me a small drink with my combo without asking what size. -- I asked the girl at the window can I get a large. Her exact words were "I don't know what to do so..." I just said "Don't worry about it" She proceeded to tell me that my bagel was not ready and to please pull up and they will bring out my food. -- It was 10:18 a.m. and I was still waiting outside. I proceeded to enter this McDonald's and almost slipped and fell. Entrance was all wet and no wet floor signs were up. When I went up to the counter I explained I been waiting for quite a while, lady had to search for my food, everyone seemed lost and confused or half asleep, not sure. -- Lady handed me my bag and said sorry for the wait. -- When I get back to my destination and get ready to eat my food. I pull out a suasage Mcgriddle. LOL!! AND MY BAGLE WAS STALE LIKE A ROCK. This place is a joke! I don't care if it's flipping burgers or whatever the case might be. If your hired to do a job do it right or don't do it at all. This Mcdonald's is full of unmotivated young people and it's sad to see. Do better with your hiring process and stop trying to fill the positions with just a body! I work right across the street and I'm a manager my self. None of the employees I interacted today would make it where I work at for not even an hour! I'm never eating at this...

Worst service EVER!!! We came to Warner Robins to escape from Cordele after Hurricane Michael for a little bit. We have been without power for over 2 days now! This was our quick stop for our first meal in days. We ordered our food & paid for it. When we get to the window to get the food we were missing a drink so we told the girl at the window. She informed us that they didn’t ring up the other meal so my husband tried to hand her his debit card to pay for the other meal. She said, “It’s ok, we got it!” And asked us to pull into spot 1 to wait on the rest of the food. Then a guy comes out & says “they said they need $6.94 for the other meal. My husband told the guy that he tried to pay & the girl at the window said “they had it”. He said ok & went back in...then another girl comes out & says “they told me to bring this out here, I don’t know what’s going on.” There was only 1 meal in the bag... Why couldn’t she just take the dern card when we offered to pay for the meal THEY didn’t ring up?!? So now we are headed back to Cordele where there is still no power & I still don’t have a meal. Normally I don’t write up fast food but making an exception here- All we stopped for was an order of fries and 6 chicken nuggets. This MacDonalds has two order lanes which causes assumptions that drive thru is a priority- when we ordered at 8:05 pm , there was a car ordering next to us and we both pulled up and started to merge together into line in front of us- after that neither of us moved for 20 minuets. There were 7 cars in front of us and nothing moved for 20 min. Cars that ordered behind us left and we considered doing same. This is first I’ve been to that didn’t have cars pull up if order wasn’t ready.

After 30min as we started to leave- line finally started moving . We’d have left sooner but we were blocked in line. This location also has a pay window and then you pull up to next window to get food . We asked before we paid, what was causing delay and cashier just 🤷‍♂️ shrugged- When we were handed bag at 8:35pm food was barley warm.
