This particular McDonald's is seriously in need of retraining its staff. I went to this particular McDonald's and ordered our normal food that we eat from McDonald's. They had me pull up to the last window because the hash browns weren't done yet and that's understandable. But once again another long wait, in excess of 10 minutes. I always get mustard with my sausage biscuits but this time they did not give me the mustard. Not hey big deal however this particular restaurant must never have napkins. You either get one or two napkins with a bag of food and on this particular visit I only receive one napkin. Now I could have went back to the restaurant but it's not worth having to go through all that again to get them to correct their mistake. I'm all for McDonald's employees moving up and taking over some of the management positions but somebody needs to train these individuals who serve the food at the window that even though they are probably in a hurry to get the next how about but there should always be enough time to make sure the order is right and they should also take into consideration that McDonald's napkins are super thin and one napkin for two sausage biscuits hash browns and a Coca-Cola is a damn joke. Why give me the one napkin. What did you do use that napkin to put the food in with and just leave it? And I always try to let them know before making me pull up to that last window please don't forget the honey mustard sauce because my wife likes to honey mustard sauce with her order. And I always emphasize please make sure it's in the bag and they say okay I will. However either at the last window or in space number one or two in the parking lot where they direct you to pull your vehicle and wait even more time the aggravation of them not put in that sauce in the bag is ridiculous cause you tell them on the microphone at the menu. And then you reiterated choose individual at the window. And then you get home assuming that they are following through with your request. Making sure that use the customer are satisfied. You get home and they forgot the damn sauce and only provide one or two napkins for the entire meal or two meals and drinks. My recommendation is to go to the McDonald's on Russell Parkway across from Walmart Neighborhood Market. We go in there all the time but sometimes I'm on the other side of town. And you just don't have time to travel 10 minutes out of the way to go to the McDonald's that you prefer. There was even one morning I was taking my wife to work and I ran out of the house and forgot my wallet. We order the food we normally order and I get up to the window and instant embarrassment because I didn't have the money to pay for it cuz I left my wallet at home and I only live about 5 minutes from that store so I told the lady at the drive-thru window who is a middle-aged Caucasian woman that I would be right back and I would just come in and pay for it and she says no no no no let me do this for View because we see you here all the time. I'm going to take care of your breakfast today. Literally brought us to tears. I have made reference of this particular individual before and her attentiveness to the order as well as the other people who work there early in the morning is by far the very best service and prepared food from any McDonald's we have ever visited. So go to the one on Russell Parkway and do not waste your time and energy going to the one and Bonaire on Highway 96. Just...
Read moreI went in for breakfast and ordered through the in-house digital display. It took 10 minutest to receive my food. Using the table topper display they offer, my food was brought to my table, but I had to go up to the counter to receive my coffee - that I had to wait for. So, I had my food that I waited 10 minutes for, and then I had to leave my table and go to the counter to get my coffee, which I had to wait for. What is the point of the table service if you are not going to serve! There were about a half-a-dozen other customers inside waiting for their food. I was present inside for about 1 hour & 1/2 because I was there to meet friends for breakfast. My friends came in a little later. They ordered their meal from the digital kiosk, and they too waited for 15 minutes to get their food. At this time there were a dozen people inside waiting...waiting for their food! Here are a couple of things besides having to wait way too long for "fast food.": 1) I felt as an inconvenience as a customer. The obvious primary customer is the one who comes through the drive-thru. Just look when you come inside. No one is at the counter register to either welcome you or take your order. The staff were ALL focused on the drive-thru. No one seemed to care that I was there inside to order. No one seemed to care that within an hour and a half about two dozen customers had to wait WAY too long to receive their food. 2) The inside of the resturant was not clean. The window between the playroom and the dining room was dirty. The floor around the garbage can was dirty, and the tables where dirty. Hear me...If I have to clean my own table at ANY resturant...it is wrong! I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO CLEAN MY OWN TABLE! A resturant should want their dining room clean! That means, someone has to be responsible to clean the dining room on more than just a regular basis! 3) The staff was way too noisy. I was sitting in the back of the resturant, and I could here them yelling at each other from behind the counter. Uncalled for! Here's the assessment...I am disappointed with McDonald's and their service. For fast food, the food is good, but their service is terrible! If you don't have customers, you don't sale your product, soooooo....you have to pay attention to the customer to keep the customer coming back. I, for one, will not be going back. You lost me...
Read moreOrder was 4:47pm so just before the “dinner rush”. The freezer door was open with all the bread out on the sidewalk while they water was pouring out. Thought “eh stuff breaks or cleaning”. Got inside and went to place my order. Bless her heart the girl could not tell me what came on a Quarter Pounder Deluxe. So I ordered the Bacon Quarter Pounder. Went to order a Frappe. Was told the machine is broken. Requested a ice coffee (ice/coffee/flavor) was told THAT machine is broken too. So ordered a sweet tea to find out that it obviously was NOT the coffee pot that was broken as there was VERY LITTLE ICE and the tea was at best room temp. Got home (less than five minutes away to that QUARTER Pounder with bacon to literally ask “where is the beef?” Opened it up to see that it literally looked like it was slapped together. 2 very small pieces of bacon on top of the very thin burger. 2 pickles all the way over to the left, and very very few onions. But hey it was smothered in ketchup and mustard to the point it dropped out. (See pictures). I thought this was supposed to be one of the top stores out of Burghl LLC. AKA “Lisa’s baby”. Will not be eating at any of the local McDonald in Warner Robins again as if this was one of the “shinning stars” god only knows about some of the others they own. Ohhhh and please advise your employees to please NOT WEAR BLUE FUZZY FOOTIES up over their black legging (not pants). As she leaned on the area where the sandwiches come from the kitchen, bent over and leaning on the table area, her camel toe was kinda gross and most female customers don’t want to see where the seam...
