Maybe afternoon was not the best moment to visit… I give 3 star to be polite, but the restaurant need to improve on their waiter, cleanliness, also getting the food out faster for lunch. Our waiter was nice and polite, but as a server he still need to learn a bit, Something like best leave napkins on the table with the chopsticks, ask if costumers need the little plate for sharing a plate of sushi and the soy sauce little bowl is needed, also… ask if everything is ok minimum once to sell more drinks or refill water. As a waitress this is some of the things one learn from experience, so no hard feelings for the boy. But ummm sushi doesn’t need that amount of rice and little over cooked. Flavor is good, but the rice opaque the flavor of the ingredients. About the cleanliness, I understand restaurant is almost impossible to be 100% no little pesky visitors, but please do a little better. I would like to visit next time at night to see if theres any difference. I love visiting different sushi places. Keep the good work!

We came in for Saturday dinner. The hosts greeted us with a smile and a friendly attitude. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Our server, Zoey, was quick to get our drink orders. She was attentive and polite. The food was great! We got crab rangoon, Thai sausage, and Thai fish cakes for appetizers. The kids got Thai fried rice and they loved it. My husband and I ordered Tum Yum fried rice, Playboy roll, and Thai tea. They also have boba! The Tum Yum fried rice is very flavorful and it is my favorite!! At the end of the day, it felt like we had a food comma…we ate too much. Another big plus is the restaurant offers a military discount from Monday to Friday, you just have to show your military ID. We come from a military family and appreciate it very much.

Very good experience with the Thai part of My Thai and Sushi. Our server was very friendly, attentive and willing to make recommendations or describe dishes. I ordered the red curry (thai hot) and it was practically perfection in levels of spice, sweet coconut, savory curry and bamboo. My wife ordered the coconut soup (Tom Kha Gai) and loved how savory and buttery it was instead of the usual overpowering sweetness that she has experienced with previous preparations. The salad and sushi was standard and house soup a little odd with the added pineapple. There is a fully stocked bar available, so I imagine you can get about any mixed drink you would like. The beer selection is limited to light macro brews.

My first time here, I placed a To-go order from inside with my mother and younger sister. We ordered Thai iced tea, the mango sticky rice, the bang bang shrimp, and the vegetable egg rolls. The costumer service was decent while ordering, however the wait was horrible. Several other parties came in afterward, with some being 5 people’s worth, and they all received their meals before we even got our drinks.

When we received our drinks, they were very poorly sealed, causing the drinks to spill from the sides. We asked for them to be resealed and they were taken back, but they simply stuck them back into the sealing machine which only stuck a new plastic seal on top of the old one. It immediately peeled right off.

We continued to wait for our food, which took over 45 minutes. By the time we received our food, the rice for the mango sticky rice was cold and hard as if it had been taken straight out of a freezer and was not fresh. The portion size was rather small, and it looked nothing like the photos on the website/online. There was hardly any coconut cream on the dessert as well. The bang bang shrimp was decent in terms of taste, however it came in the same very small container that the mango sticky rice did. The shrimp by itself was $15, and the portion size for that price was extremely disappointing. It was fried but we received it soggy and swimming in what seemed like a mixture of condensation and sauce, which made it soggier. The egg rolls were decent, but they were obviously overcooked.

My mother went back inside to ask for peanut sauce and coconut sauce for the sticky rice, and she also asked if the mango sticky rice could be replaced due to it being extremely cold. She said it was as if the workers did not want to fulfill her requests, giving her a unpleasant attitude in response. They gave her another small container with only a small blob of hot sticky rice, and they gave her a watery, clear, almost bright pink “sauce” with a few crushed peanut chunks floating on top. I’m not sure what this was supposed to be, but it definitely was not traditional peanut sauce like she asked for.

A very unfortunate first impression, especially considering the reviews seemed promising. Will not be returning to this...

This place is usually my favorite to go to have sushi but the last two visits have been a disappointment. My family and I ordered our usual 2 playboy rolls, crab rangoons, shrimp wonton soup and 2 kids meal chicken finger and fries. The rolls came to the table 15 mins go by the kids food, rangoons, and soup never came out. Another 10 mins go by….It took for me to finally ask about the food when I was told, the rangoons weren’t put in to be made, the kids food was still being cooked, and that they were out of the soup. We had to get the kids food to go which was horrible, the chicken was tasteless and over cooked and the fries were undercooked. When I asked for a discount on the $52 dollar bill because the service was horrible they only discounted $2. THAT is my last time eating there. I feel like when they switched management a couple of months ago the restaurant went downhill. Horrible service tonight...
