I already left a Review, but will again. I WILL NOT, I REPEAT WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS WENDY'S ON WATSON BLVD IN CENTERVILLE GA. EVER. The Drive Thru took Over 30 minutes. They were out of what I Ordered. They shorted me li n a Fry that I made a Combo meal out of. The Salad I ordered, they left the Condiments Out that go with it. I tried to call back the Ph number on the Receipt. It said the number was no longer in Service. So I had no way to contact them. I live at least 10 miles from this place. I was not about to drive back as it was already late. The fries were old and cold on the one I did get. Needless to say, all you have to do is read the other reviews. The girl in the drive through was not exactly rude, but very unpleasant and unprofessional. Never said Thank You, how are you, nothing. If I had read the reviews before, I would not have gone there. I went to another Wendy's Restaurant on the other side of Town , nearly 8 to 10 miles away. They didn't have a Salad made up that I wanted. But they made a Fresh One Right There, While I Waited, which was a Very Short Time...They were Very Kind and Polite. This was Wendy's on South Houston Lk Rd. Use to be Kathleen Ga. May Be Considered Warner Robins Ga, now. If I ever want anything from Wendy's Again. This is the One I will go to...I REPEAT!!! Read moreWhat ever happened to customer service? The employees at this Wendy's act like we are disturbing them. When I asked for a few extra napkins, the young person gave me a ugly look & returned with 1 napkin. She did not give me an opportunity to say anything else. Just closed the window turned her back to me. I do realize how difficult it is finding anyone under the age of 20 that has any idea what good customer service is but part of the problem is the management not following up on how to provide good customer service. The other part is the management in the fast food stores not recognizing the employees that do a good job. Most of them do not pay more than $10 an hour & don't give raises. No incentive to do any better results in someone who cared at the beginning of their job but does not care any longer. This employees actions today will keep me from going to a Wendy's for a long time. The Wendy's management team could learn alot from the Chic Fil A employees...

I had 2 different orders remind u when I got to the window the girl snatched my card went and told her manager who was at the window(of course I use to work there) But anyways when I paid for the 1st order she handed me my card back closed the window on me as I was getting ready to pay for my 2nd order just for her to go tell her manager. “ That I was in drive thur.. Ok once I got to the second window u can hear the manager in there being loud and ghetto 🤦🏾♀️ My whole order was wrong they gave me the wrong nuggets had too go back in to change them out. Got back to my car just to find out my kids food was cold. This place has know standards at all and the manager need to be more professional..
