Wild Wing Cafe — Restaurant in Warner Robins

I usually never leave reviews but I was very disappointed in our service the last time we ate here. We had a party of eight which I realize is a lot of people but we tried remaining polite and understanding the entire time. My sister ordered a chicken wrap that they incorrectly made the first time so the waitress came back out and explained that’s why she never brought it out to her when we received our food and she was having the kitchen remake the wrap well we were all completely finished with our food before the wrap ever came out and she told my sister she was sorry but that she was going to give her half off her dish which I am appreciative that she did, but over an hour to receive her food after we had already got and eaten our food is quite ridiculous and we had to stop the waitress after the hour while she was walking by to remind her my sister had not received the wrap yet for her to go get the wrap if they were done making it.

The entire time we were there our drinks were not refilled from the first time we were given drinks expect for one person out of the party of 8 and that’s because she had to physically stop the waitress while she was running by us and ask for one. I know our waitress was probably very busy and for that I am sorry but I feel we were very over looked the entire time we were there. Our waitress only checked on us twice while walking by and saying ok everything looks good and then just kept walking. As soon as we got settled we were given an attitude by the waitress. When the food came, I said oh thought you forgot us in a kidding way. She said if we wanted fast food we should go to fast food places. That their food is made fresh. Then walked away, never to return to our table, walking by not looking at us, never asked if we wanted another drink or if food was ok. I had to ask for the Bill. She put it down on the table not even looking at us. Then stood behind us and said,If you're not going to drink get off my table! I turned around and said excuse me? She said she wasn't talking to me. I said you shouldn't be talking to any customer like that. When she came to get the money, we put a sad face on the tip area. She grabbed it and my husband called her back and told her that was the worst service we ever received. She said that I challenged her integrity by asking if she forgot us!!! We said we would not come back and if by chance we do we will be sure to ask NOT to be in her area. She clapped her hands smiled big and said Thank You!!. We called for a manager, she came, told her what had been going on. She said she was going to see what they can do for us. We sat and Sat, she never came back. Once she did she avoided us, so I walked up to her and ask if she was coming back? She said they are going to talk to other managers. I gave our name and number. We eat at Wild Wings once or twice a month, never had any real issues. My two daughters ate there on February 3 after they got off work from a restaurant next door. They walked in at 920 and were seated by 930 or so. The waitress took their order and after about an hour their food came out. I would normally chalk this up to them being busy but the food came out cold, and they did not get their appetizer until they were done with their wings. All they ordered was 12 bone in and 12 boneless wigs 2 fries and spinach dip. Being children they did not complain to the manager, they just texted to tell us how bad everything was. I called wild wings and asked to speak to the manager, told her what table they were at and who the server was, explained what had happened. We were busy and there is nothing she could do. I told her I could see if you were busy, and it just took some extra time to get an app and some hot food, but they waited an hour for cold food and then had the app brought out after they were done with their wings. She said she needed to talk to another manager and she would call me back. Hour and a half later no call. How hard would it have been for them to say sorry, and offer to make the food over, give them a free app next visit. Really offer anything but the dozen...
