Don't go here. We've been going here for 3 months every Friday. First experience ever had there we didn't get our food bc they forgot. Then messed up our order in the same trip we didn't realize it until we got home after being there for near 2 hours (including drive time but nevertheless a long time) GUESS WHAT?!?! WE STILL CONTINUED TO GO THERE! Because the manager made it right (it was a lady manager not the man who is extremely rude) so we have went every Friday and had multiple mix up and wrong orders given or cold food but never really complained bc hey we all mess up but tonight my husband went up there to get our usual 3 fried steak dinners with mash potatoes and okra an extra large order of okra and half dozen rolls my husband ordered at 9:26 pm waited until 9:56 pm (right before they closed) to go ask about the order they proceeded to tell him they made it but don't know where it went after him being told to pull up from the drive thru and they would bring it out and now they said we can't make the food bc their oven is off and my husband asked for a partial refund and the food they could give us and they brought out the money after arguing with him about how they forgot and they can't make anything even though we ordered half an hour before they closed and all he did was walk out give him his money and walk away. I cannot believe it. We will never go there again they lost loyal customers over this and ill be contacting corporate. Moral of this is that we aren't rude nit picky people but wrong is wrong and...
Read moreWell, I'll start off by saying they should have never reopened. Before their reopening the food was pretty good. However, I was initially glad they reopened, but after my experience the other day, I will NEVER be back! The chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy is what the two stars are for, the rest of the food was not good at all. The green beans were not seasoned AT ALL and although the biscuits and gravy were good, they were cold, and the okra was way overseasoned. The cashier messed up my order, she gave me an extra roll instead of gravy, then they shorted me the green beans, and the cashier had no idea how to fix anything, so she calls the manager over and that's when I'm told that they would have to refund the whole ticket, re-ring it and then it could take up to 5 days for me to get my refund ...now that's just absolutely ridiculous! And when I told her no that's not going to work and what are the other options, is when she copped an attitude. So then I decided I'm going to call corporate. Yeah that didn't go well because evidently no one at these franchises has a number to corporate....I call BS on that! So then I attempt to call the Owner of the franchise and he was pretty much worthless in listening or resolving anything. Read moreOn Friday 5/9/25! I went through the drive-through purchased 2 fish dinners, with coleslaw and fries, Then I proceeded to the window to pay for my order. The cashier she had an order waiting that someone decided they didn’t want, she asked me if didn’t I have mind taking it was this exact order that I had requested. I didn’t think nothing of it so I accepted it. When I taste my fries they were cold so I asked for them to be replaced. Which they were replaced without any issues. The fish was delicious. No problems with the fish and french fries once the were replaced. I tasted coleslaw. I did not taste good at all tangy bad smell as I went to eat. I called the store immediately They agreed that they would give me 2 different sides. I realize it was spoiled. I called back and let them know and supervisor said to bring the order back and she would replace for two side orders of my choice which I did return an hour later and got my replacement upon arriving the front order. Help wanted to know what the problem was with an attitude, and I politely said the stated what the problem was manager was called to the front replacements were made this could’ve been avoided if staff is properly trained not to put hot food in cold food together do not again do not put hot fish steaming hot fish with cold coleslaw.
