McDonald's — Restaurant in Warr Acres

I go there and place my order normally. It takes a while for me to get my food, but whatever, things happen. I get home, and none of my food is hot. Both Mine and my girlfriends nuggets are barely warm, the fries are soggy and not hot, and i didn't even check the cookies i ordered, because I couldn't even get past my actual meal. I've had a long day and have been looking forward to having hot food before going to bed, so I drive back up to the restaurant and ask if they can remake it. They tell me yes after some minor pushback. I'm told to go back around and re-order and when i get back to the window to order, I'm told to pull forward. Which makes no sense, but again, whatever. They remade the food, and ask me if I want to check the bag. I say "no, it feels hot, thanks." and drive off. Fast forward to me back home... and I'm missing part of my meal. At this point I'm genuinely aggravated. I call up there, and someone who speaks no English answers. When i start speaking Spanish (which he speaks) this guy hangs up on me. I call back and speak to a woman who apologizes and then tells me "this is why we asked you check the bag." In what world is it my job to do your job? I gave you my receipt so you know exactly what i ordered. I was told to give them back my full order, which i did (except for fries, which i told them), and then somehow I'm being blamed for my order being wrong. She tells me i can come up there and get my cookies, and at that point I'm done. I'm not coming up there a THIRD time. I'm not going there ever again. I'm so nonchalant about most things and don't usually care enough to go as far as writing feedback, but WOW this entire interaction managed to make me get out of character. That...

Beware when eating at this location. I went here last night about 200am. They gave me cold fries that were old. I take a bit off a frie. I taste how old it is and put the uneaten half of frie back in the box of fries. They wanted them back which I didn't care. I was gonna trash them anyway.They then recook the same fries I ate out off. They actually redropped the same fries back in their fryer. The same ones I ate off of 🤦🏿‍♂️ Who does that??!! McDonald's on NW Expressway and Council. I won't ever be eating at this location again. That wasn't just disgusting it was disrespectful to every customer that ate from the same fryers. I can't believe the night manager was the one who actually had them recook the same fries. 100% unprofessional and unclean. To top if off 😂The cashier didn't know how and wouldn't ring up the advertised special on the sign for a 40 piece nugget and 2 large fries for $17.99 She didn't know how to ring it up so they wouldn't. I come to this location every day and get breakfast. Today my breakfast burritos we cold and the tortillas were dry and flaky. I had ordered them right before I went to work. I pulled a double today and after I got off I called the manager and explained to him I had poor quality food, couldn't even stomach it, worked a double and if he could make it right. He gave me 4 small cheeseburgers. I explained what I went through and how I had to make a second trip here and that he should at least throw in a couple fries. He said he couldn't. All he could do was replace what was bad. He said it wasnt his fault so he wasnt going to make it right. I said it's McDonald's fault and that he could lose my everyday breakfast business over this.
