Took my kids last Friday night and we had a blast.
The highlight for us was definitely all the video games and the prize store. We go to Dave & Buster (my kids' favorite) a lot and have been to numerous others including Main Event (my favorite), Round One (way over-priced). Incredible Pizza is definitely our new favorite.
We arrived around 7:30 pm so I feared it would be crowded but it wasn't at all. We each had a $35 game card with 6 attraction rides and I expected that would last about 20 minutes but it was plenty to last the evening in part because we stopped to play mini-golf. And because the kids could see the actual price of games in dollars and cents instead of some random number of credits thus they were more thoughtful in selecting which games to play and how many times. This made a huge difference that I really appreciated it and much better than the approach the other places take.
All of the games seemed new or nearly new and there were a ton of them. Most of our favorites and many we had never seen before. Best of all the selection of prizes was so much better than we ever see at the other places mentioned. Yeah, the stuff can be bought for much cheaper on Amazon but that's not the point and the kids loved it. We each got a set of cheap rubber nunchucks that we love, my daughter most of all!!
We were super excited to ride the roller coaster, go karts, bumper cars, and other attractions but got so distracted with the games that we didn't get around to it and then it was closing time. The kids were a little disappointed but were having such a good time that they didn't mind and said they can't wait to come back and ride them.
Personally, I liked the pizza especially for a buffet. There were several different types to choose from as well as a taco/nacho bar, some italian pasta options, a big salad bar, and desserts (brownies, cinnamon rolls, etc.), and all you can drink soda. My son thought the pizza was ok but daughter not so much.
This place would be fantastic for a kid's birthday party. As for pricing, I saw the Deals section of the Incredible Pizza website but wasn't sure if I should buy them in advance or not so I didn't. The attached photo was the price sheet at the check in counter and we went with the $42.99 option...
Read moreMy family and I visited on a weekend for my daughters birthday. We got there when it opened. There wasn't too many other guests at that point but quickly became pretty busy. We paid, got our game cards and wristbands. We bought a package deal for $209. It came with 6 buffets w/drinks, 6 game cards with $25 each, and 4 attractions each. That came out to about $35 a person. Which I figured wasn't bad for meals and activities. We wanted to do a birthday package but you had to have at least 10 guests and we only had 6. The rides, laser tag and bowling were considered attractions but you could also use the money on your cards to pay for the attractions as well. We rode a couple things, played a few games, then had lunch. The buffet was better than I expected. They had a lot of choices beyond pizza. You could also request a certain type of pizza if it was not available on the buffet. They had a few dessert options and quite a few drinks options. While eating lunch we figured out that if you downloaded the app and register your play card you can earn an extra $10 to play games. So, we took advantage of that and all got a little extra play money. The go-cart racing was fun, although I wish you could have raced a bit longer. The kids enjoyed the coaster and the scrambler. We did not do the mini golf and the bumper cars were not open while we were there. The kids also enjoyed playing the games. They were all able to win something with a claw machine after playing quite a few times. We also played laser tag. It was really fun and the game time was a nice length. Just remember to look at the name on your vest if you want to see how well you did afterwards. As our visit was coming to an end we all ate at the buffet again, finished using our activities and arcade cash. Then the kids picked out their little trinkets using the tickets they earned playing games. All in all it was a fun day and we would return. Overall, I would recommend Incredible Pizza. The activities were fun, the arcade games were in good working order. The place was clean, had a fun and friendly atmosphere. The food was decent for a pizza buffet and the staff was pleasant. I took a ton of photos to help see and not just...
Read moreThis is long please bare with me. I purchased the package for 6 online for me and my little family. I spent 250 dollars for this. Upon arriving, we discover that all of the attractions are on a schedule and don't have full access. After being there for 2 hours we successfully went on 1 ride. At the go karts my oldest daughter(16) wanted to experience the ride but due to autism is unable to drive the car. The staff told her she couldn't ride with her sister. I spoke with a young man assisting the attraction who said he would've let her ride had he known and to make up for that they could ride for free one time. They again get in line only to be told by a 2nd young staff member that he wasn't going to let them ride for free. So my youngest went to hand him her card when he began showing impatience and told them to hurry up that they were going to slow. I finally had had enough, my patients had reached its limit. I went to speak with management. While the GM was working with me, the game floor manager brought the 2 young men over to us and they let them argue with us loudly, again I want to reiterate that my child is autistic and at this point all of the attention on her was causing discomfort. The GM was very upset by this and told them to go back to their post. I'm only giving 2 stars because of that GM. If it wasn't for him, there would be 1 star and that's only to give me the opportunity to share my horrible experience. You should put it online that the attractions aren't openly available at all times anymore. And maybe teach your employees to make exceptions or at least show some basic human kindness and understanding for those who have disabilities. Just because a person doesn't visibly appear to have a disability doesn't mean they don't have one. I spent $250 to be offended and disappointed for almost 4 hours. The attractions are the main reason for going to your establishment, I could've spent 1/3 of the money and went to Cici's and let my kids play in their arcade. I also want to mention that when they stopped the ride we were on, they didn't lock it in place for us to get off, the ride was moving while we were...
