Gianna's Pizza & Catering — Restaurant in Warren Township

A lot of different shops have been opened and closed in this same spot. I was hoping this new owner would hit the spot with the reviews seeming promising. There was no AC on inside and it was a very hot day so we moved to the outside tables only to find them covered in yellow pollen. There were 2 guys working, so we asked to have them wiped down to which the guy said ok, after the other guy is done making the pizza, he’ll do it. After reminding, he assured but then he never did even up until the food was ready. I didn’t feel like repeatedly asking, so we moved back inside. It was pretty pricy and we ate hot food while sweating from the heat inside which I was willing to look past so long as the food was good. The food was mediocre at best. The crust on the pizza was too thick and the Alfredo pasta was lacking flavor. The person before us in line got a drink on the house and was happy, which I thought was nice. Seemed like they were a repeat customer. Then after eating, i went to pay and the lady before me was picking up a called in order and said it was her first time.. she got a free drink even though she kept insisting which was nice. Looks like they give out a lot of free drinks here, but I’m not sure why. We paid for our drinks and didn’t get anything but ignored even though we said it was our first time trying the place out and asked for menu suggestions. I came because of the reviews but quickly realized they must be from friends or something. The food was mediocre at best and with a better pizza place literally down the street. I won’t be giving this place another shot. They need to ramp up their service skills and use more quality...

I had almost given up on NJ pizza. Short of a few decent places (Gigi down the shore, Krispy chain) here and there. Today, after a year in Warren NJ for work, decided to try this "best in Warren NJ" place. I'm always hesitant to try "best" because usually they're not. I can only say WOW. WOW. Margarita slice so thin, crispy, perfect combo of sauce and cheese. Even had a pepper and onion slice too. Fantastic. A bit far from home, but not far enough where we can't travel. Favorite in NJ in one visit. The only reason this place is not bustling is that it's not on the main front to the Mountain Blvd, it's inside the center and hidden away. They have a few tables for dine in, but I took three slices and a free soda to go. Don't miss this place, it's legit, and I'm talking NY pizza legit. Can't wait to return when I'm back in...

I was in the mood for brick oven pizza and this place is not a true brick over pizza store on there sign outside it says Gianna’s Brick oven pizza false advertisement very disappointing I ordered thru door dash I wish I could get fully refunded :( they really should consider changing there sign outside of there establishment that affiliates there pizza as brick oven because it’s not that’s the only reason why I ordered kind of annoyed.
